It's better than how it's shown in pictures! The place is very quiet and relaxing! The attention of the super friendly staff especially Flory! We went with the pets and they were super well received to a bed they gave us for them, the view and the sunset from the place is amazing The cool pool and green area surroundings you need to rest

And the second time my husband and I stayed at the house , we have nothing to claim only praise to do , everyone was super attentive , the house super cozy , and the location is great . We intend to come back more often , we are once again very pleased with everything .

Space super clean and very well located! Although they have many bars and restaurants around, it's not noisy at all. Great for those who go out at night and great for those who don't want it either. Great communication with Daniel, all impeccable! We intend to return!

My stay at Kaizen Apartments was absolutely perfect! Andres and Susan were incredible hosts—warm, communicative, and always ready to help. The apartment itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, was a little small but honestly perfect and cozy due to the location. I especially loved the excellent ventilation which kept the space fresh and airy, also the modern shower has strong water pressure if using cold water and blankets in case you get cold at night The Laureles location was ideal—close to amazing cafés, restaurants, and public transit, yet peaceful at night. The building was secure, and amenities like reliable Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen made it feel like home. Kaizen Apartments exceeded all my expectations, thanks to all the hosts outstanding hospitality. If you’re visiting Medellín, don’t miss this gem—I’d stay here again in a heartbeat

My stay was excellent! The highlight is the host's flexibility with check-in and check-out times — something increasingly rare and that made all the difference on our trip. One of the best places I've ever stayed on Airbnb. I could easily live there. Cozy. The heated pool is an attraction in itself. They can book without fear!

The place is spacious, comfortable and has an excellent view that makes the stay much more pleasant. The location is perfect, especially if you plan to go downtown or visit Monserrate, as it is very well connected and close to these points of interest. In addition, it has easy access to market squares, restaurants and service stores, making it easy to cover any need during the stay. Overall, it is a very convenient, well-kept and functional accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for those looking for comfort and a good location in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment! Small but full of natural light so doesn't feel claustrophobic. The apartment and the building is well maintained and clean and the staff are lovely. The coworking space is also really nice to work in and the internet is generally good. It is in a busy part of Laureles so expect some noise at night, but with earplugs it didn't bother me at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Strengths: Like the ad, it has barbecue, big and good sun guard, it's clean, comfortable. We went into three people two adults and one child and it was super quiet. It is a quiet place. The host was super requested and responded quickly. Negative points: Chuveiro leaves little water, I believe it is the plumbing. The steps to climb the bed is very narrow, but we can climb sideways. We miss an extra stool to sit at the table all together. The internet was very bad. But although the experience was great, we highly recommend it. We recommend picking up the container from behind as it has greater privacy. We will definitely be back.
