Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in South America

Viviane was very kind and agile in communication and has maintained the house with the same standard of infrastructure since March 2023, when I was there for the first time. All my family and friends who were with me during this stay and the previous one loved the coziness of the house, the decoration and its architectural style. A small family accommodates very well. This house is lovely and the view is gorgeous. We spent much of our time on the porch enjoying the pool, hot tub and view. I highly recommend some time relaxing at the house. Fabian was very helpful in planning excursions. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of hot water! We also were grateful for enough seating for everyone in our party both outside and in the living room. We did have a 1 year old with us and that was challenging in the layout of the house but we made it work. Highly recommend this house and this area. So much to do! Do the daytime Mangrove tour and guided MA park tour. Pura Vida!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home and we actually changed our travel dates based on the times it was available...it's that nice. The view is probably the best in Playas del Coco and the property is super-private. The second bedroom is secluded at the end of the house with it's own entrances so people staying with you will have their own privacy. The house is walking distance to town and the beach but because it is at the top of a hill, the climb could be a challenge for some people. But it is a cheap taxi ride from the beach so really not an issue. Jeannyna is great with communication regarding instructions and house policy and she responds quickly if you have any issues. There is not a bad thing that I can say about this property and we will stay hear again and again.

a magical place to disconnect in nature as a couple. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos don't do it justice. It's much more beautiful. Everything was very clean and tidy. the views of the house and the spectacular jacuzzi. My only small recommendation is to put a door on the shower since the water splashes out when bathing... we will definitely go again

I’ve had to take some time to fully articulate the experience we had. To put it simply, the photos do not do the home justice. The staff is just amazing. We had never been to Montezuma, and, what an amazing town. We had been to Costa Rica before, and if you’re looking for an authentic experience with people you trust, do yourself a favor and stay here. The home speaks for itself. It’s such a special place. Skip the popular & tourist towns and visit here. Amazing.

If I could give 1 million stars I would. We stayed for 8 days in the orange house and this was the most amazing home, amazing location, amazing hosts. Usually pictures look better online than in person, this was the opposite. The pictures on the listing are accurate, but it’s 100000x better in person, Marlin and his wife Claudia were the absolute best hosts. They were helpful, gave advice, suggestions and really helped us have a “locals experience”- Saigon Bay is special. For us it was the perfect location, we rented bikes (he has covered parking with plug ins to charge) We didn’t have any issues, but anytime we needed laundry or to ask anything, they were immediately available. He has the BEST local bug “oil” that you will want and I’m fairly certain every single hummingbird in the world came to our deck daily. The AC in the bedroom worked great, and there are multiple fans throughout the home. They have a fridge with beers, waters, eggs and some other items and offer 5 gallon jug

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful 2-bedroom property. The ocean sunset views were absolutely breathtaking every evening, and waking up to the sounds of the jungle was surreal. The unit was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed — the air conditioning was a huge plus in the warm climate! The infinity pool was the highlight of our trip — peaceful, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery with panoramic views of the ocean. It felt like our own private slice of paradise. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell this place is thoughtfully maintained with a lot of care. Whether you're relaxing poolside or enjoying the vibrant natural setting, this spot is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and take in the beauty of Costa Rica. Would absolutely stay here again. A perfect blend of comfort, nature, and luxury!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment is beautiful and well thought out. The hosts are also extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable experience! 10/10!

Daniel’s place was amazing, beautifully decorated with a super stylish touch. He responded immediately to any questions we had. There are many delicious places to eat nearby, and we felt very safe staying there to be Bogotá. The only small issue was that we needed to store our luggage for a bit longer after checkout since our flight was at night, but it wasn’t possible. Still, our stay was excellent, and we definitely recommend Daniel’s place!

We arrived at the accommodation 3 hours before check-in and Luciano kindly let us check in early. The loft is centrally located, close to several tourist spots. The loft is exactly like the listing photos. We loved the stay and recommend Luciano's accommodation.

If you want to be in great location where everything is within walking distance then book this place! There is food, theater, ice cream shopping and the off and on bus close by. It is also close to the AEP airport. The best thing about this place is the location. It was also clean. It is an older building, so make sure you bring an adaptor for your plugs and chargers. Juan and Eduardo were responsive and nice. Again, great location.

This was quite literally the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The place was absolutely pristine, very well decorated, smelled amazing, and had every possible amenity you could need. I was very impressed with the set up and how luxurious the is place felt, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and high quality towels for bath and pool. Will definitely only stay in Andre’s places in Cartagena if they hold this top of the line standard. Also if you need to wash/dry clothes this place has brand new washer/dryer which is rare for Colombia.

Beautiful apartment and beautiful views of the city especially at night. Not having AC wasn't even a problem there are plenty of fans and windows with a cool breeze coming in from being up to high.

We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. It corresponds exactly to the pictures and extends over three floors, which gives it a very special spatial effect. The location on the 13th floor is a bit unusual at first - especially because of the floor-to-ceiling, fully opening windows - but you will be rewarded with a spectacular view. Both the bedroom and the living room offer impressive panoramic views that make your stay a special experience. A small downside: A busy road runs nearby, the noise of which can be heard - especially when the window is open. The area scores with an excellent infrastructure: in just about 10 minutes on foot you can reach the vibrant nightlife with a large selection of restaurants and bars. There's something for everyone here - whether it's for dinner or a relaxing drink in the evening.
