Family-friendly holiday rentals in Sousse Governorate

Very welcoming host, the accommodation is cozy, well arranged, very clean. It's in a good location. I recommend it!

What a fantastic clean villa! , had a great family vacation, I fell in love with the villa, Ahmed, the owner is a great guy very helpful, arrive at 21:50, and waited for us until 22:50 to check-in. The photos don't do justice to the three-storey house with many social areas inside and out. The top floor has a roof terrace, the master bedroom has a balcony. There's a sitting area/prayer room on the second floor an outside seat swing, tables and chairs at the front of the house and loungers by the pool. Table tennis and the swimming pool kept the kids occupied. It was very hot however the house is well equipped with air conditioning and we were glad of the pool to keep us cool. The house is in a safe residential area . It's a 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to the marina, and supermarket and 10 min walk in the other direction to Carthage land, Tunisia's theme park and the Medina for shopping experiences. Taxis are cheap and easy to pick near by. Thank you so much Ahmed

Nice residence my children had a lot of fun with all its little extra pools thanks to the small soccer field ⚽️ my boys had quickly 😉 booked your seats to have space on the deckchairs.

House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Good internet connection downstairs but poor upstairs. Host was also very generous and wasn't pushy at the end of our stay. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Very responsive host, very nice house as described with a clean pool and well-maintained garden, very well-equipped house, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach.

Our family stay was great and perfect! We enjoyed the pool which is super large (better than the photos), the house is 2 mins from the house as well as carthage land so we enjoyed it, the beach is also very close. The house contains all the necessary amenities and the host is always attentive who offers us quite a few services. I highly recommend this house , we will definitely go back another time!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

2 weeks spent in Amine's functional accommodation, which was very responsive when needed. Great location , close to all amenities on foot: swimming pools , beach , restaurants, market... Great accommodation for 4 people , all the necessary equipment is already provided in large numbers ( dishes, towels , spices for cooking, toilet paper...); which is very convenient! Thanks again for this great stay 👌

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

Montasser and his wife are excellent hosts. The place was very clean and everything is nearby, restaurants, funds, cafe, amusement park etc... A little special touch was waiting for us on arrival as well as fresh water and soda. Too bad we didn't book 2 weeks but we'll definitely be back. I would recommend it without so much as a second thought and thank Montasser and his wife again for their kindness.

So diene is a great host who took my short notice of booking on board and really gave us a home to stay in. The property is in the heart of the marina and gives you a great feel of everything around you. The villa is very spacious and super comfortable with a ice cold AC which was something we really needed in this unusual humid September. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed to feel at home and at ease. Access to the private swimming pool was a great addition for my kids. You basically have everything you need within walking distance. I have been to kantaoui many times but this was the first time I stayed at sofienes villa but I can assure you it won’t be the last so if you want a great holiday and still feel your homely then I recommend this host.

I had a lovely stay thank you so much

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. Thanks dear Nejat for hosting us and hope to see you next time we visit our beloved city Sousse...All the best :)

Nedra's location was great! Walkable to many restaurants, cafes, beach, and marinia. View was great and Nedra was easy to get ahold of.
