Hote très aceuillant, le logement est cosy bien agencé, très propre. Il est bien situé. Je le recommande !

What a fantastic clean villa! , had a great family vacation, I fell in love with the villa, Ahmed, the owner is a great guy very helpful, arrive at 21:50, and waited for us until 22:50 to check-in. The photos don't do justice to the three-storey house with many social areas inside and out. The top floor has a roof terrace, the master bedroom has a balcony. There's a sitting area/prayer room on the second floor an outside seat swing, tables and chairs at the front of the house and loungers by the pool. Table tennis and the swimming pool kept the kids occupied. It was very hot however the house is well equipped with air conditioning and we were glad of the pool to keep us cool. The house is in a safe residential area . It's a 5 min walk to the beach, 15-20 min walk to the marina, and supermarket and 10 min walk in the other direction to Carthage land, Tunisia's theme park and the Medina for shopping experiences. Taxis are cheap and easy to pick near by. Thank you so much Ahmed

Résidence sympa mes enfants se sont beaucoup amusés avec toutes ses piscines petit plus grâce au petit terrain de foot ⚽️ mes garçons se sont éclatés 😉 réservé vite vos places pour avoir de la place sur les transats.

House was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Good internet connection downstairs but poor upstairs. Host was also very generous and wasn't pushy at the end of our stay. Wouldn't mind staying here again.

Hote tres réactif, tres belle maison conforme à la description avec une piscine propre et jardin bien entretenu, maison très bien équipée, il faut compter 10mn à pied pour la plage

Notre séjour en famille était génial et parfait! On a bien profité de la piscine qui est super grande (mieux que les photos), la maison est à 2 mins de la maison ainsi que carthage land donc on a bien profité, la plage aussi est très proche. La maison contient tous les équipements nécessaires de plus l’hôte est toujours à l’écoute qui nous propose pas mal de services. Je cous recommande vivement cette maison , on va y retourner une autre fois sûrement !

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Port El Kantoui. Nizar’s apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. In a perfect location, with beautiful views from the balcony. The beach was literally behind the apartment and there are many shops and restaurants on the Marina. We felt really safe staying there, as there are lots of security and police monitoring the area. Nizar was a great host and very responsive. Such a great find and very reasonably priced. We will definitely be looking at staying there again!

2 semaines passées dans le logement fonctionnel de Amine qui s’est montré très réactif lorsque nécessaire. Super emplacement , proches de toutes commodités à pieds : piscines , plage , restaurants, market… Super logement pour 4 personnes , tous les équipements nécessaires sont déjà fournis en nombre important ( vaisselles, serviettes , épices pour cuisiner, papier toilette …) ; ce qui est bien pratique ! Encore merci pour ce super séjour 👌

Nous avons passé une bon sejour en famille, le logement est central, proche du centre ville, de la gare, et de la vielle ville.... Nous recommandons.

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

La struttura godeva di un’ottima posizione centrale a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e di uno splendido giardino in cui si poteva usufruire della piscina. Il proprietario il signor Hassan è stato molto cordiale e ci ha riservato un’accoglienza calorosa, rendendo il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole. Consigliato assolutamente

Bel appartement au calme proche de tous les commerces et activités. Petit bémol pour les ustensiles et couverts de cuisine qui mériteraient d’être renouvelés, cela rendrait l’expérience encore plus confortable !

Montasser et son épouse sont d'excellents hôte. Le logement était très propre et tout se trouve à proximité, restaurants, fonds, café, parc d'attraction etc... Une petite attention nous attendait à l'arrivée tél que de l'eau fraîche et du soda. Dommage que nous avions pas réservé 2 semaines mais ce qui est sûr c'est que nous reviendrons. Je recommande les yeux fermés et merci encore à Montasser et son épouse pour leurs gentillesse.

So diene is a great host who took my short notice of booking on board and really gave us a home to stay in. The property is in the heart of the marina and gives you a great feel of everything around you. The villa is very spacious and super comfortable with a ice cold AC which was something we really needed in this unusual humid September. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed to feel at home and at ease. Access to the private swimming pool was a great addition for my kids. You basically have everything you need within walking distance. I have been to kantaoui many times but this was the first time I stayed at sofienes villa but I can assure you it won’t be the last so if you want a great holiday and still feel your homely then I recommend this host.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely apartment with a large balcone overlooking the port. I can honestly say the view is more beautiful than the pictures. The flat is spotless clean consists of comfy beds, powerful hot water, microve, Tv satellite with hundreds of international channels, washing machine and so on and so on. The host Nejat is a super host, trustworthy, friendly and vey kind answering any question you may have. Thanks dear Nejat for hosting us and hope to see you next time we visit our beloved city Sousse...All the best :)

Nous revenons d'un séjour d'une semaine dans l'appartement de Nedra. Notre séjour s'est extrêmement bien passé. Le logement correspond en tout point aux photos. Il est équipé de tout ce dont nous avons besoin, la literie est très confortable, très belle décoration, machine à laver à disposition, climatisation dans la chambre et le séjour silencieuse. Belle vue dégagée. Appartement très bien placé, en pleine marina, à proximité de tout. Café maure au rez-de-chaussée, et divers restaurants à quelques pas. La plage à 5 minutes à pied avec des transats et parasols réservés pour la résidence. Nedra a été présente avant, au début et à la fin de notre séjour, se tenant à notre disposition. Nous avons trouvé notre petit cocon, comme à la maison, et nous réjouissons d'y revenir pour nos futurs séjours!
