Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Souss-Massa-Draa

A beautiful and modern Riad which made our family feel at home! Gorgeous rooms, bathrooms, nice rooftop lounge area with a small plunge pool but enough to soak in hot weather. Location is literally 3 mins walk to Jema El Fena!! A/C was amazing. Great brekkie by our lovely housekeeper who doesn’t speak English so be sure to use Abdel ( house manager) via text to ask for anything. Best breakfast we ate and she made chakshouka as a special request. TY Rachida! Definitely arrange here for her reasonable taxi which takes you to alley where a porter grabs your luggage and walks you rest of way where cabs don’t go. If I had any minor complaints it was no working dryer but we dried things on roof and could use washer! No doubt that will be fixed as the owner has a gem of a place!! Will 100% recommend this to anyone visiting the Medina! Ty Hannah and Abdel for a great place!!

Nathalie and Jean-Marc's Riad is a true haven of peace in a city that never sleeps! Very clean, functional, spacious and tastefully decorated, the Riad was ideal for a great stay. We did not have the pleasure of meeting Nathalie and Jean-Marc but they sent us messages regularly to see if everything was going well. And above all, we were received and accompanied throughout our stay by Fatima and Mohamed. They were very attentive to us and the children. Fatima's breakfasts and couscous were delicious. Mohamed welcomed us at the entrance to the medina, which is a labyrinth, and gave us valuable information to make our stay go well. Mohamed took us to beautiful places. Responsive and attentive to our wishes, he was able to find activities that appeal to both adults and children. They contributed greatly to the success of our stay. We came back delighted from the stay!

An amazing Riad. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. They were incredibly welcoming and attentive and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. Some areas of the Medina were quite confronting for our group as we copped abuse just for being there however this is not a reflection of the property it’s more an awareness to be respectful and not stand out.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay in this beautiful Riad! Everything was perfect from start to finish. Host Estèle was very attentive well before our arrival, helping us organize our trip and responding with great responsiveness to all our special requests. On site, Samira treated us to delicious, authentic and flavorful cuisine – a real treat at every meal. And what can I say about Hamid, always available and remarkably kind, who ensures that everything goes well. A big thank you to the whole team for this unforgettable experience. We will come back without hesitation!

We loved our stay at the Kashbar, it’s a beautiful villa with a great pool, we even had a bonus of some stray kittens! Due to location, you do need a car, it’s not far but is secluded and not really walking distance from much, the whole team were super friendly and helpful with local recommendations, taxis, car hire, food etc, we will definitely be back, we love Essaouira X thank you 🙏🏻

I had a wonderful stay in Marrakech, and this place was the perfect landing spot for a first-time visit. Adriano was incredibly proactive and supportive—from helping me navigate my arrival from the airport to coordinating my departure to the bus station a few days later. The space itself was full of charm, with a beautiful terrace view that made it easy to relax and take in the city. I truly felt welcomed and cared for—like I left with a new friend. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Communication was flawless. The house is beautiful and simply perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. We had a great time and would come back anytime. The landlords are very friendly and there is also the possibility to order food from a friendly cook, traditional food, which we liked very much.

I recommend everything, it was perfect, the apartment clean and secure, restaurant and grocery store at the foot of the building and close to everything

Jonas was very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. The apartment is well designed, the terrace was private and offered views, and could open up the space to watch TV from the hot tub. The hot tub was large, easy to use and had an adjustable awning to keep out of the sun if desired. Bedrooms were spacious and had storage space, also two fully equipped bathrooms. The air con worked well. TV had international channels and plenty to watch if you wanted. Overall very good experience, would highly recommend for the space and location.

Abderrahim’s communication was brilliant. The apartment was easy to find and nice and clean. Check in and out was easy. The only notable thing was noise outside the window of local teens but also the Gnoaua festival which was not reflection on the apartment but more the choice of staying in the medina and personal choice. Everything else was great!

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's! She was attentive, always available, incredibly kind and caring. It's simple: she was like a real guardian angel throughout our trip. The apartment is conveniently located just 5 minutes from everything you need – with quick and easy access. Comfortable, clean, well located… I have nothing to complain about, everything was absolutely perfect. Thank you for everything Maria, you made our stay unforgettable ❤️

I and my mom spent 5 days at Dounia’s place and our experience was perfect! The apartment itself looked and felt so cozy,clean,bright and relaxing. There is plenty of room for two people. The kitchen and bathroom have all the appliances and tools you need for a comfortable staying. The place has plenty of pillows, blankets , throw blankets and offers a towel sets (both bathroom and for the beach) beach blankets, umbrella. The view from the terrace as well as from the window is breathtaking! What a great way to start your day looking at the ocean. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from public beach and many restaurants. Dounia was very helpful with the directions on how to find the apartment. It’s tucked away from the main road but parking lot’s worker Muhammad helped us to find it. Btw Dounia made sure that we get parking spot since it can be not easy to find it during the day. We are definitely recommend Dounia’s place and hoping to come back again in the future!

Had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—it made the whole experience feel extra special and relaxing. Perfect way to unwind in the evenings. The location was great, and the host was really helpful and easy to communicate with. Overall, a perfect getaway. Would 100% come back!

My wife and I had a simply wonderful stay in this accommodation. Very clean and fully functional in addition to being full of charm, it met our expectations in every way. No unpleasant surprises, everything was in line with what had been announced beforehand, so we were totally satisfied. The housing environment: we found it ideally located, in a pleasant, lively, totally safe neighborhood, with countless restaurants and shops nearby. The host: David is just like his accommodation, simply extra. In addition to being very responsive, he worked hard before our arrival to respond to a particular request from us, but also before our departure, to facilitate it as much as possible. The exchanges were smooth and very pleasant. We will certainly return to Marrakech and will not hesitate to stay at his place. Thank you for everything, David. :-)

We had a very good stay in this air-conditioned apartment, the bed is really comfortable and the bathroom clean and functional. Geoffrey was responsive in having the shutter repaired the day after my call. The pool is clean and cool as it should be. I recommend it.

Soufiane's apartment is really a dream - super beautifully decorated, very high quality built and furnished - and the best are 3 very well maintained pools! The apartment is located in a guarded residential complex, where we felt very safe - and offers the perfect combination of city trip and vacation. We visited the beautiful Marrakech in the morning and evening and lounged by the pool during the very hot lunch time - it couldn't be better! Soufiane is a perfect host and always gets back to you in the shortest time. Check-in was done by his very nice mother, who kindly let us into the apartment much earlier (our flight arrived in Marrakech in the morning) to at least drop off our luggage, and served us a very tasty mint tea as a welcome. The checkout was also very straightforward. We are very grateful that we found the beautiful apartment of Soufiane and can absolutely recommend it!
