I am very satisfied with the accommodation, it matched the photos, the host Houssam is very welcoming and proactive, he responds immediately. Fatiha is adorable, she takes care of preparing breakfast, which is very good. The calm around the villa is soothing, the infrastructure of the villa is magnificent, very beautiful villa and a very beautiful pool as well. A beautiful apartment that exceeded our expectations. Surrounded by nature, lots to walk,see and do on the grounds (sports,pool,golf,cafe etc) and if you have a car it’s not far to drive into the hot spots of Marrakech or further into Ourika. Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated, feels homely. Suitable to stay with small kids too. Wish we could have stayed longer but would love to come stay again. Thank you!

Thank you, Mr. REVASION I had an exceptional stay in a brand new apartment with a breathtaking view of the lake and its fountain. The pool, facing the lake, added a touch of relaxation. The three bedrooms were very bright and all amenities were available inside the apartment. The concierge service was impeccable, responding to all my requests in less than a minute. The 24/7 secure residence even offered a pharmacy, a hairdresser and restaurants nearby. In just five minutes by taxi, we were at the beach. Everything was truly exceptional, and I can't wait to come back!

We had a great time at the place. The neighborhood and building are quiet. The location of the property is good. There are grocery stores in the neighborhood that are within walking distance and the Carrefour supermarket is 6 minutes drive away. The accommodation is on the third floor with a beautiful private terrace to relax and access to two terraces to dry laundry. You'll find everything you need in the space and the machines are functional. There's even an iron. Omar and Ashraf are welcoming, helpful and responsive I can wholeheartedly rebooking this listing

I've stayed in Prestigia golf a few times but this apartment is the nicest place so far . The place is very well furnished and decorated . The beds are very comfortable and the cleaners do a fantastic job the place was spotless . Great WiFi a huge tv and everything you need in the kitchen . The hosting was perfect . It's easy to find and definitely our go-to place from now on . We will return
