Be sure to check the chat just before the trip to see if there is another message from the hosts. The coordinates of the house are not identical to the meeting point at the parking lot entrance. Marie-Christine sends directions. On weekends, there is more activity in the Océanide residence. Then it can get loud. In the high season, it would be too crowded and too loud for us. If you love nightlife, you've come to the right place.

The accommodation is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. It's quiet, clean, properly equipped, air circulates in the rooms despite the high temperatures, you feel good there. A large free and open car park is accessible at the bottom of the building. The beach and port are a few minutes' walk away. René is welcoming, responsive and gives good advice. I will not hesitate to call on him again for a stay in Royan!

A really beautiful apartment right on the beach promenade. We enjoyed the ocean view very much, the open kitchen was great and the living room with the panoramic balcony was a dream. The two parking spaces right by the house are also worth their weight in gold. Super equipped kitchen and very tasteful interior design complete the whole thing.

Great view, the beach is really 50 m away. The shops nearby are open, it's fine. Quiet neighborhood, the street below is one way, the accommodation is spacious, the bedding is good. A refresh of the dishes would be welcome, bathroom and kitchen at the top, the rest a little old-fashioned but functional. After all, it's more than enough for a vacation. We'll be happy to go back. Christiane's accommodation is perfect for surfers, walking distance to the beach and also very close to shops, restaurants and the city center. The courtyard is nice and allows you to store all the equipment. We enjoyed the little touches on our arrival and Christiane is very accommodating. We would recommend this listing.

Beautiful, hidden away beach retreat. Close enough to the town to walk & enjoy cafes, restaurants and the local daily market, far enough away to enjoy quiet times when needed.

I had a great weekend at this place! The place is faithful to the description, very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The setting is quiet, perfect for relaxing, and the host's welcome was great: responsive, available and attentive. Special mention for the Nordic bath which was really a big plus — a real moment of relaxation in the middle of nature. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Very well located place nothing to say I highly recommend this accommodation which is close to everything including shopping malls which are only 35 min walk away. The place is close to essential shops (bakery, pharmacy ...) not to mention the beach right next to the accommodation which is convenient it avoids using your car. Quiet place
