It has its own independent entrance, a private terrace facing south, and access to the heated swimming pool from May 1st to September 15th. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a convertible bed (160x200) with a slatted base; a 17 cm mattress, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, electric towel dryer, and toilet. A path will lead you through the dune directly to the ocean in 2 minutes. The city center is a 7-minute walk away.

A large studio overlooking the huge central beach of Soulac from its terrace. A stunning and totally spectacular view of the ocean, its lights, its tides. A simple but complete apartment, easy to live in and comfortable. Described by many as "the most beautiful view in Soulac". P.S.: July 14 Special, stunning views of the fireworks! ATTENTION: The common areas of the building are VERY degraded, and in a deplorable state. But once up there, we forget everything…

Comfortable 160 cm king size bench. Linens and dish towels are provided but NOT bath towels. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT BICYCLE TRAVELERS WHO WANT TO RETURN THEM. we practice self check-in and check-out.

I had a very pleasant stay in this small apartment, very well equipped, tastefully decorated and full of charm. The little attention on arrival is pleasant. Very well located apartment close to the beach and city center. We park the car and go for a bike ride or a walk. Looking forward to coming back…. Very good communication with Claire for all the steps.

Apartment faithful to the listing, very well equipped, clean accommodation. Quiet and very well maintained residence. The apartment is right next to the beach and you can go for a walk in the pedestrian street or go to the restaurant on foot. Very pleasant stay. Nicolas's place is a peaceful oasis. It feels well decorated with taste and above all nothing is missing, everything is well thought out and thoughtful. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the city center and 2 minutes from the beach. Nicolas is a friendly and accommodating host. If we return to Soulac, we will stay at Nicolas' accommodation without hesitation.

We spent 2 nights there as a couple and loved it. Charming cabana right in the city centre, yet calm and quiet. Only a few meters away from shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely hosts, warm welcome, easy check-in/-out. Anytime again.
