Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We thought the home was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to see. Marina gave great recommendations for food. The home was very clean and quiet and has great amenities.

Flot, hyggeligt og charmerende sted. Man føler sig hjemme. Væreterne er klar til at hjælpe. Hundende er meget rolige. De kommer ikke hen til dig, medmindre du gerne vil. De kommer ikke ind i huset. Hvis du er bange for hund, ville de holde afstand; hvis du elsker at lege med hund, ville de være venner med dig.

Le logement est parfait pour un séjour à Venise. Il est très bien situé, trés proche de la gare des bus. Il est situé à proximité d'un cheminement pour aller au pont de Rialto avec pleins de commerces et restaurant tout le long. Une petite boulangerie, souvent bondée de clients, permet de prendre le petit déjeuner à proximité du logement. Lucia nous a envoyé toutes les informations pour l'arrivé et le départ. La communication a été parfaite. On aimerait refaire un séjour dans cette magnifique ville, atypique et avec beaucoup de charme.

L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Great location near the Biennale, but away from the tourist crowds. Marco was very friendly and responsive. Would recommend to anyone going to the Biennale or a quiet place 10 mins from central Venice

The place is immaculate- in pristine condition, very clean. It is a very comfortable apartment with lots of big windows! Very cosy bed to spend peaceful nights. You will feel very safe there. All amenities you will possibly need. The kitchen is really good to cook. A very big bathroom. I love the location so much with wonderful Campo Di Santa Margherita where I was buying fresh bread, flowers, berries and veggies early in the morning observing locals passing by to their studies, work, walking with their dogs, buying newspapers and so on. You can go anywhere from that place or just stay there enjoying Dorsoduro. A lot of absolutely wonderful museums in the area. Ca Rezzonico became my favorite - the collection, the palazzo itself! La Fenice theater is absolutely stunning. I was taking public water transport easily to the other parts of Venice like Giudecca. And a water taxi to the airport. Matteo and Raffaella, very warm people, were so kind to me. I was very happy there. Thank you

Tolle Location mit Pool & Außengrill, leise und uneinsehbar. Sehr netter Kontakt, hat immer schnell reagiert u. alles super organisiert. Ich kann diese Destinatation und den Kontakt mit Michele nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Zur Verfügung stand auch ein Golfcar, zum Einkaufen, Essen gehen oder zum Strand auf der Insel. Wir waren zu Ende der Hauptsaison (Ende September) auf der Insel, da hatten leider schon das eine oder andere Geschäft zu. Meiner Frau u. mir fehlte allerdings eine Außendusche im Außen-/Poolbereich.

Alberto’s apt was in a great location in Venice. So easy to find and very easy to get to. Didn’t have to cross one bridge with suitcases to get there. Everything was as expected in the apt. Overall great stay!!!!!!

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Dass es eine Waschmaschine und eine Klimaanlage gibt, macht den Aufenthalt noch besser. Absolut familienfreundlich , da der sehr gepflegte Pool und das Meer fußläufig erreichbar sind. Am Meer gibt es eine Bar, in der man für einen guten Preis von Kaffee bis Eis bis Nudelgericht alles bekommt. Ach hier sind die Sanitäranlagen sehr gepflegt. Man kann sich aussuchen ob man eine Liege mietet oder sich am öffentlichen Strand niederlässt. Das Meer ist super für kleine Kinder, da es sehr lange flach ist. Wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, braucht man ein bisschen Geduld, die Anbindung nach Chioggia/Venedig besteht, es dauert nur ein bisschen bis man ankommt. Falls man mal Pause braucht von der Sonne: Die Bar neben der Bushaltestelle Isola Verde hat einen Kicker. Da gab es das ein oder andere Match mit einem einheimischen Barbesucher. Auch die Kommunikation mit Leila und Hassoni war sehr angenehm. Wir hatten einen super Urlaub!

We had a wonderful time at Luca’s beautiful house on the island of Albarella. The house was absolutely amazing — honestly even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our two teenagers. Luca is a fantastic host: very friendly, quick to respond, and full of great tips that really helped us make the most of our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the beach, swimming in the peaceful lagoon right behind the house, and watching the sunsets from the terrace. We can definitely recommend Luca’s place and we would love to come back again!

Ho potuto riposare, e in un minuto si e' in spiaggia. Accettano il cane, cosa molto importante. Il giovedì mattina si puo' visitare il mercato di Chioggia a neanche una decina di km.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Elenora war immer erreichbar, auch Sonntags, das war Klasse ! Das Haus an sich absolut Top ! Die Häuser links und rechts neben uns waren noch im Rohbau. Sonntags war noch alles ruhig, dann am Montag bis Freitag ging es links und rechts los mit hämmern, Flexen, Bohren, Dielen und Schalungsbretter wurden umgelagert, Gerüstteile geliefert / abgeholt kurzum: Wenn man uns einen Hinweis gegeben hätte das hier noch gebaut wird, hätten wir nicht gebucht. Dann kam noch das Fiasko mit dem Pool, wir mussten dreimal Elenora kontaktieren. Jedes Mal kam ein Monteur, der 1. drücke irgendwelche Knöpfe und ging dann wieder, dann fiel die Anlage wieder aus. Dann kamen 2 andere Monteure schauten sich das Pumpwerk an. Drückten Knöpfe, die Pumpe lief dann wieder, bis zum Abend. Wir mussten dann Elenora wieder kontaktieren und dann kam der 3. Techniker mit Ersatzteilen. Baute diese ein und dann lief das Ganze. Wir mussten halt immer präsent sein. Bei einer Woche 3 Tage wg. Pool. Nicht schön.

Das Appartement bietet eine ausgezeichnete Infrastruktur und ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Die moderne Wohnküche ist voll ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen – ideal für unkompliziertes Kochen und einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Das ruhige Schlafzimmer überzeugt mit einem äußerst komfortablen Bett, während das geräumige Badezimmer durch besondere Sauberkeit glänzt. Die Gastgeber Karla und Antonio waren außerordentlich freundlich und unterstützten uns bei allen Anliegen – eine Herzlichkeit, die den Aufenthalt besonders macht. Diese Unterkunft vereint alles, was man sich wünschen kann: Komfort, Ruhe und eine perfekte Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Tage bei Vittorio. Es ist ein sehr schönes Sommerhaus von der Familie und ist paar Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wir haben alles im Haus, Garten und die Insel genossen. Danke für so schöne Unterkunft. Vittorio antwortete sehr schnell immer und hat uns immer unterstützt in allen Wünschen :D Die Insel war super leer zu der Zeit, alles inclusive Lebensmittelladen war zu. Die Gegend ist irgendwie Einmalig in verschiedenen Hinsichten. Es war sehr warm und ruhig. Auch für ein kleines Kind geeignet. Wir können nur weiter empfehlen...

Ottima host, Elisa è stata molto disponibile e gentile nel gestire il nostro soggiorno! Preziosi i suoi suggerimenti e consigli. La casa è comodissima sia rispetto alle spiaggie sia rispetto a Chioggia, facilmente raggiungibili anche a piedi.

Water feature was pleasant and unique. Was pleased to see enough espresso capsules to get me started and grocery store close to replenish. Door and multiple windows right on canal. Amazing experience. Helpful and responsive host. Best of my stays in Italy.

L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e ben arredato, fedele alle foto caricate sul sito. Per chi viaggia con bambini piccoli, Dany mette a disposizione un lettino da campeggio e un seggiolone, entrambi in buono stato, per cui non è necessario portarli. La spiaggia è a pochi minuti a piedi e anche il centro di Chioggia è facilmente raggiungibile con una passeggiata di circa mezzora. La comunicazione con l'host è sempre stata facile e puntuale.

La casa è su due piani. Al piano terra una piccola cucina attrezzata con tutto ed un bagno con lavatrice e asciugatrice, nei due piani superiori le due stanze matrimoniali con bagno. Tutto nuovissimo e pulitissimo. Posizione perfetta per chi vuole muoversi a piedi per Chioggia, di fronte al porto ma in una zona silenziosa e tranquilla. Roberta è stata gentilissima, ci ha dato consigli su dove mangiare, e preparato i permessi per la macchina dato che la casa si trova in ZTL. Eravamo in 5, di cui 4 adulti ed una bambina (che aveva il suo letto nella stanza al primo piano). Roberta ci ha fatto perfino trovare acqua, caffè e biscotti tipici. Se dovessimo tornare sicuramente non avrei dubbi..sceglierei di nuovo Roberta e questa casetta fantastica!

Värden svarade snabbt på frågor som vi hade om transport etc. Olyckan var tyvärr framme under vår resa och vi behövde besöka sjukhus. Värden gav oss råd om sjukhus, hur man tar sig dit och var genuint omtänksam. Tack för lånet av er lägenhet, vi hade toppen dagar på beachen i Sottomarina, strosade i Chioggia och upplevde Venedig. Tips, om ni är flera dagar i Sottomarina så rekommenderas att ni som gästa hyr cykel för att enkelt ta er fram i området.

This was our second stay at Casa Stella and we enjoyed it just as much this time. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything we need. It is a comfortable and quiet place in the center of Chioggia, close to everything. Elisa is a lovely host, who responds quickly and she is very easy to communicate with. Both Elisa and her parents again made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend Elisa's place. We are looking forward to our next stay.
