Hotel holiday rentals in Sotavento Islands

Villa Maris is such a special place! I spent almost one month here, and loved every single day. The free daily breakfast is really good, and gives you an opportunity to meet other guests. Helena was extremely kind and helpful, and made sure that I had everything that I needed to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. The beach is right there - literally you go to sleep at night listening to the sounds of the ocean - and is large, beautiful, and private (meaning you practically have it all to yourself). Also, the property is extremely clean, well-maintained, and secure - at no point did I ever worry about my personal safety. Highly recommended!

a great and peaceful spot to retreat from the world with good readings, or play in the waves. A very clean seafront villa, with the sound of waves, good bedding. Km of sandy beach without anyone, a restaurant on site, or the good little Gambian dishes of Loja Bert that can be taken away (15 min walk, in Morro), wifi (a little random) and Claudio's friendly welcome... what more could you ask for?!

When the ferries failed for several days, the option of extending y stay at Brava was easy when staying with Marco.

Marco is a very good man who is quite helpful and keeps the place very clean and serves a very nice breakfast. on top of that, Brava is a very beautiful island and the people are very interesting and courteous and accommodating so that it would be hard to have a bad visit here and this beautiful island with such nice people and the only downside is that the ferry between Fogo and Brava is a total mess. the problem is not with Brava the problem is with the f****** ferry at Fogo which at least this time of year runs about half the time maybe. so my best advice is if you want to see Fogo which is quite worth it fly into Fogo then fly out of Fogo and if you want to see bravo which is quite worth it take the ferry even though it's about 4 hours from prior to Brava. this advice holds unless you got a few extra days just in case the situation photo doesn't allow docking. but Marco has a great place and brought his definitely worth visiting because there's nothing quite like it anywhere.

Truly wonderful experience. Beautiful bungalows, stunning views, and a great communal area. They've curated a really gorgeous atmosphere that's peaceful and relaxing. Aaron was super helpful and responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend and would visit again! Heads-Up about spiders: They don't treat the area with pesticides (which is great for the environment!) so you will see spiders and they are LARGE. Just remind yourself they are harmless and thank them for taking care of the mosquitoes. Just be prepared to spot them.

Beautiful hotel, the view from the terrace is even more beautiful than in the photos. Paula is very responsive and the on-site staff is very hospitable and supportive. I recommend it 100x

Pleasant welcome. Location in the middle of the mountains on which the view is beautiful. The property is well-maintained. Sao Jorge Village is a quiet stop.

Had a great holiday. Relaxed, clean and green stay with incredibly helpful staff. Hotel within walking distance of the nicest village of the island. The host Paula had good tips on what to do on the island of Santiago and could also rent a car through her for a competitive price and orphans with 2 locals. Great breakfast every morning; a mix of African and European. Just a recommendation!

we stayed at casa DaVinci for two weeks. we arrived at night. This was not a problem we were kindly met by Antonio. house is beautiful with a lovely swimming pool. contact with Antonio was great. You can send a message and always get a quick response about anything you want to know. location is well located close to the beach and surrounded by nice restaurants. definitely recommended!

Very easy to access, closest to Kebra Canela Beach. A superb view from the pool.. And a clean space. Just lacks a little clarity in the room and some fruit in the morning would be great;)

After 10 days in this place, which was far beyond our expectations ... This residence was a real favorite, very very hearty and delicious breakfast, clean accommodation, access to the city center and restaurants on foot, taxi upon your arrival (extra charge, but very convenient), responsive host. One without fail! Thanks for making our trip so beautiful 🫶🏽

Communication with Nicole was very fast and on point, the apparent is nice and very close to both town center and beach, and Nicole was very flexible with check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay in Tarrafel and would absolutely stay with Nicole again.

A very quiet space to relax with beach and kitchen views and a beautiful terrace to relax.junior (one of the employees) very helpful and friendly helped us find a car for rent and walked us. It was really nice

Lucio's hotel is really spotless! Super clean and practically brand-new. AC is working very well, lots of towels and soap. Great view from the window. Really, you couldn't say a single bad thing about the place. The communication with Lúcio was fast and easy. A very responsive host. I recommend the place 100%!!

very nice quiet hotel 10 minutes walk from the charming village of Cidade Vehla with some friendly restaurants. Comfortable and simple (but no hot water) and very hearty breakfast. The welcome was very nice and warm. You can go to Praia very easily by public transport for 200 esc. Only disappointment: we had to shorten by one night, we wish we could have been refunded at least partially. Thanks to Paula and the whole team on site.

Our room had an amazing view. Well located about ten minutes' walk from the center(restaurants market, shops, etc.) The roof top is superb We were able to have breakfast (not mentioned in the listing ) and even extend 1 laundry detergent there! Small downside for the air conditioning that was not working 100%.and the morning noise under the balcony (women cleaning the road) The staff is very discreet available. However, a bottle of water upon arrival would not have been refused! As wellas 1 shower gel
