We immediately fell in love with this place. The view from the home is unbelievably breathtaking. We got in very early and they allowed us to have early check in which was a tremendous relief and made our day so much more enjoyable having the extra time after getting settled. We were welcomed by the host who let us in and showed us around. We are so grateful for a wonderful and memorable experience in Cala Gonone!! ♥️

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

A dream in the middle of nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small estate. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with 1.5 year old child worked great here. The playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

I highly recommend this accommodation! Very nice and comfortable. It will certainly make them have a very good stay in Cala Gonone!

Lovely apartment, great location.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. The apartment is great: it looks like the pictures, there is enough space and everything you need. There are many (mini)supermarkets and restaurants nearby. You can go to the mountains for hiking or beaches. Communication was easy. Only note: I had not read the house rules before, it says that you should pay another deposit at check-in. In the end, no problem because we received it back without any hassle before departure.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

If I could give this apartment more than 5 stars I would. The pictures will not do it justice for the balcony view that greets you upon arrival. The location is so stunning, the hosts are very helpful and informative and one of the prettiest places we have ever stayed. The apartment has everything you need and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to return in future! Thankyou! 🩵

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It is perfect as you wish. Very easy communication, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very beautiful beaches within 15-30 minutes. Everything else you need is in the immediate vicinity. We felt at home from day one. Simply perfect. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Comfortable and clean house located near the sea host present and nice host ready for useful information

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a delayed flight. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and at temperatures a little low in early May. Excellent value for money and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafés, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is very nice and convenient. The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.
