Lovely apartment, great location.

Very nice, spacious and clean accommodation in a great location to visit Orosei and quiet. Carla is very kind and helpful, she gave us very useful tips for our visits. I absolutely recommend it.

Beautiful location right next to the beach and close walking distance of restaurants bars etc. Lovely walk into the town along the beech pathway. Great peaceful balcony to sit out on. Lovely kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils. Comfy clean beds.

Loved staying here. Short drive from the coast and right in the middle of a beautiful little town. Was a little nervous driving down the narrow streets to begin with but was alright in the end!

We enjoyed our stay at Maria‘s place, which was right next to a gorgeous beach. Every morning our children would go down to the beach and play in the waves and the rocks, and it was the perfect spot for a young family. We appreciated the indoors and outdoor space, although there could be a bit more space in the kitchen for storing grocery items, and a more comfortable sofa to sit on in the living room. The house was situated very conveniently to destinations up and down the coast, which made for a great base to explore the mountains and coastline. We hope to be back one day!

A dream in the middle of nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small estate. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with 1.5 year old child worked great here. The playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

I highly recommend this accommodation! Very nice and comfortable. It will certainly make them have a very good stay in Cala Gonone!

excellent accommodation away from urban area. very quiet, in the middle of nature with beautiful beaches in a radius of 10 minutes by car. very fast and effective communication with Angelina. we have messed up a lot both the 2 children and us. fantastic porch where to make all meals. excellent barbecue. spacious both inside and above all outside especially if you are going with children.

Beautiful property with beautiful fruit trees. The house is ideal for visiting this part of Sardinia. There are 4 well-appointed bedrooms. There is only one bedroom upstairs, without air conditioning, with 2 single beds, which is not ideal in case of high heat, but apart from that, the other bedrooms are very comfortable.

I highly recommend, the apartment looks like in the photos, everything as described. Sebastiana is kind and helpful! Very nice welcome with local sweets! 👌🏼

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Dalila’s apartment was clean, homey, and had incredible views. Very close to the quaint town of Cala Gonone. Easy check in and super responsive. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

We had wonderful stay at Tore’s Workshop of Ideas. The apartment was cool and spacious with lots of character, and Tore himself was a kind host who communicated well and gave us lots of tips, even a local bottle of wine on check in. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we loved our time in Orosei!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. We spent 10 days of total relaxation in a very comfortable, newly built accommodation with new and modern furnishings. The hospitality was superb! Michela and Gianmichele welcomed us on our arrival with extreme kindness and with their daily care and helpfulness they accompanied our stay with useful tips and directions. In addition, the location is strategic, as it is close to many very beautiful beaches on the east coast of Sardinia. There is no shortage of useful services nearby (market, restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) The home is in a neighborhood with newly built villas and homes, very quiet during the day and night. 10/10. We can't wait to go back! Thank you Michela and Gianmichele you are really wonderful people!

We had a wonderful stay in Cala Gonone. Ioana was extremely helpful and hospitable and maintained excellent communication with us throughout. She gave us many helpful suggestions for things to do in the area and was very welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outside terrace and spent a lot of time eating meals on the terrace and enjoying the views. The location was within short walking distance to the city centre and multiple supermarkets which was very convenient. The neighbourhood within which this apartment is located is very peaceful and quiet. Overall we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend staying here!

We are very happy that we chose to stay at Andrea's place. He is an exellent and proactive host, from leaving local wine and fresh fruits for us in the kitchen to explaning how everithing works and recomending places in the area. We enjoyed the hot tub and the terrace a lot. the dishwasher was super nice to have too. The location was exellent, just a 5 minute drive from a mall that has anything you will need. 15-30 minute drive from many beaches. and also quite close to the old center of Olbia. We are 2 adults and 3 kids and its was enought space for all to be confortable for a few days. I will 100% recomend it.

We really enjoyed the stay and they were quick to respond and respond to questions.

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

Excellent stay in Sardinia in this residence ideally located about forty kilometers from Olbia airport Located near a supermarket and a few kilometers from beautiful beaches, we were greeted late the first night due to a delayed flight. Despite this, our hosts welcomed us. Very clean apartment, washing machine, quiet residence with the possibility of barbecues. The only point to improve would be the pool, unheated and at temperatures a little low in early May. Excellent value for money and remarkable hospitality. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafés, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away, which is very nice and convenient. The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.
