I am afraid I cannot express sufficiently fairly how amazing our stay at Casa da Cruz Alta was. The house is absolutely wonderful, comfortable, cosy; the heating, the soundproofing, the equipment, the details, everything perfect! Not only did we have everything we needed as the extras and the surprises were so many that our stay couldn't have been more complete. The owners are super friendly and attentive, being obvious the taste they have in receiving well and providing a great experience. The breakfast left daily was to cry for more. Thanks so much for everything, we will certainly return!

A beautiful house in a great location with a wonderful view from the terrace, with a very nice natural pool, but a bit cold because of the constantly fresh water. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. We were a bit unlucky because of the wildfires. So we had to leave 2 days early to be sure to get to the airport and catch our plane. Irene was very friendly and open hearted and took great care of the house and pool. We can fully recommend this villa.

All was perfect! We were warmly welcomed. She was incredibly sweet and the communication went absolutely smoothly. The Airbnb was one of the most beautiful we've ever stayed in, thanks to the breathtaking view. We were surprised with jam, fresh bread and cheese as a welcome - a really delicious and loving gesture. Everything went beautifully. The house is everything we needed, the space around it invites you to rest and enjoy nature, and Maria do Rosário was the best host we've ever had on Airbnb. If we have the opportunity, we will certainly return!

Linhares da Beira and the surrounding area is a beautiful place to visit. The villa is perfect- well worth the money spent! Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. We braved the pool even though the weather was a bit cold for the time of year. Thanks to Linda and Helena for everything.

My husband and I had a great stay. We were on a quiet street on the edge of town but very easy to walk for food and fun. We were fortunate to meet the hosts and they were very kind and accommodating. The house was perfect for the two of us to be comfortable and cook. We very much enjoyed our time on the edge of the Serra da Estrela national park in the beauty of Portugal.

It was just a one-night stay, but the space is very cozy, impeccably arranged and decorated. Immaculate cleanliness. The contact with Andreia was not in person only because of me due to the late arrival time and also very early departure time. Contact is always very easy and fast, whether by phone, messaging app (...) and even through the Airbnb app. An excellent place to discover the Serra da Estrela. I recommend it 100%.

The most beautiful air bnb which you won't regret booking! The garden is simply out of this world....the pool, the flowers, the large lawn area, the fresh water source straight from the mountains, the views and the tranquility were simply astonishing. The house itself is sweet and compact but has everything you need and is well thought out. We had the most perfect week here and we're already planning when we'll be back as we loved it that much- a wonderful stay in the most serene area.

The house was very clean and corresponds exactly to what is shown in the advertisement and photographs. Communication with Inês was always quick and effective. Check-in is simple, fast and autonomous. Check-out until 10 pm is a great added value. The location is good, in a calm and quiet area. Very positive experience, I recommend it!

Perfect house to spend a few days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and escape the routine. You can do your grocery shopping in the village and you don't even have to leave the house, you have everything you need to spend a good few days. Super quiet place, you can hear the stream, the birds, surrounded by nature. The house even seems to be ours, it doesn't give that rented house feeling, very comfortable, well decorated, and with all the essentials. Paula and Luís were great hosts, always in touch to give us directions on how to get there, points of interest and left us at ease to get in touch whenever necessary. Can't wait next time!

The house matches the description, with everything you need and is located on a land with olive trees that is a real luxury. Tranquility in an area of Portugal that we did not know and surprised us by its nature and the beautiful villages it has.

We were delighted with the space – it's quiet, well cared for and the pool was a real luxury in these hot days! It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog Escobar, who also loved the environment and the outdoor space. It is increasingly rare to find such beautiful places that accept animals so naturally. That made all the difference! We really feel at home and very well received and relaxed. We will recommend it and will undoubtedly return at the next opportunity! Many thanks for everything! We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

Our stay in one word: paradise. The secluded place in the mountains, the house furnished and equipped with everything you need and refined, the pool, the views… we were lucky to be alone on the property and it was wonderful. Few contacts with the owners but effective and availability of Mrs. Concepçao who takes care of the reception and cleaning very well. A note for those from the city ;-) At first, it's a bit surprising to be so secluded, but it's a delight.
