"Casa la Spiaggia” is located in the heart of Positano just a few meters from the beach and Positano’s main road, making it easily reached by sea or by land. Very few stairs separate Casa la Spiaggia from the characteristic alleyways famous for their boutiques for shopping, restaurants serving local cuisine, and bars where you can relax. The home is spacious and bright, and can accommodate up to 4 guests.  It's furnished with Wi-fi air conditioning in every room and a well-equipped kitchen.

Si trova in un palazzo d'epoca sul corso principale e si affaccia sui vicoletti, fornendo dal balconcino una vista sulle architetture tipiche sorrentine incastonate tra gli archi, i limoneti e uno scorcio di mare. L'unità dista 300 mt dai punti di interesse culturale. È lontano 5 min a piedi dal porto e dalla stazione. PER ACCEDERE ci sono 13 GRADINI.

La Casa con ingresso indipendente è parte di uno Stabile "Rurale" di inizio '900. Bagno privato, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, frigo da camera, TV, WI-FI ed una romantica veranda con "vista da cartolina" dove poter sorseggiare un drink, un infuso, fare colazione o addirittura prendere ispirazione ed usarla come "workstation". L'accesso è agevole dalla strada o dal parcheggio, (eventualmente disponibile), attraverso il giardino di limoni, la corte privata e pochi scalini.
