We had a great time with the family (with two young children and our dog). The accommodation was spotless, very clean, pleasant to live in and perfectly as advertised. The environment is quiet and relaxing, ideal for relaxing. The host was very welcoming and responsive to our messages, which made our stay even more serene. We had a great time in the heart of Dordogne. The place is beautiful, overlooking the surrounding woods, the place is quiet and peaceful, if you like tranquility this place is for you. Heated pool and outdoor facilities really very good, being sick as well as my mom, we enjoyed it! The accommodation is functional and very well-equipped, the owners and Jessyca were very responsive to our questions and are present for any concern, very understanding and kind, we thank them 😊

Amandine was so welcoming and helpful making many recommendations. The property is in a lovely location and offers amazing accommodation that feels very homely. With a hot tub and pool you are spoilt for choice. Only 10 mins from Sarlat and 15 mins from Domme it is the perfect location to explore the Dordogne. Highly recommended

We have just had the most amazing stay here! The house and grounds are stunning with amazing views. The house is very close to Bergerac but is very private in the countryside with vast grounds. We had such a peaceful and relaxing break. Jil was a wonderful host, so responsive and helpful. She sent great instructions for our arrival, lots of recommendations and also came over on the evening of our arrival to make sure we were comfortable and to explain things around the house, which was appreciated. Would love to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family!

Fabulous gite in a gorgeous setting.

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

beautiful peaceful place accompanied by the croaking of frogs and the jumps of carp...a treat...the spa with an overwhelming heat a real delight... on the other hand disappointed not to be able to lock the door, the sofa really not comfortable even if we spent our time outside the cottage, the duvet with a lot of stains...without these small downsides, the stay was idyllic, the region is waiting to be discovered!!! very discreet and welcoming owners

The experience was perfect. Virginia's place and her husband is a haven of peace, we wanted a weekend in the green, we couldn't have asked for better. The newly renovated home has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The mezzanine bedroom is very nice, and cool thanks to its stone walls. The perfect bedding. The exterior is beautifully maintained by Virginia and her husband, both landscapers. The terrain is huge, which was the delight of our puppy who was able to run everywhere. No noise nearby is perfect for disconnecting and doing nothing. We really enjoyed the nearby villages / areas full of charms. A big thank you for the welcome, breakfast and everything else!

We came for a wedding but we loved the location of the nest so much. Really the feeling of being in a bubble. Between sheep and birds with a view of the forest. The terrace is a call to yoga 😊 I will have definitely put my suitcases there. Ideal for finding yourself in peace. We loved it.

We spent 3 nights with a group of friends in this charming house, with a remarkable environment. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and decorated, and spacious so that everyone feels good. Wow, what an enjoyable stay! It’s described as Magique and it truly is a beautiful location. Lovely views of the river, hills, and hot air balloons. Leave room in your itinerary to just sit on the balcony and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of local wine. My group enjoyed meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and the nice gas grill. There’s a nice bakery right down the hill that you can walk to in the morning. Lots of activities in the area (canoeing down the river, biking, visiting historic sites). We have stayed in many houses and this was our favorite by far. My only hesitation in writing a glowing review is that it may be harder for me to book in the future. The hosts are responsive and welcome you on your arrival and have some tips for the area. Thank you so much Sandrine for a wonderful stay!
