Peaceful oasis! We absolutely adored our stay here. It was remote but surrounded by beautiful towns and villages to explore. The place itself was perfect for what we needed and just spending time outside in nature/farms. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. It was so quiet we felt we were fully alone and could fully switch off. There was everything you needed kitchen and bbq etc. Would love to come back.

Great stay! The hosts are very nice and welcoming. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and well equipped, exactly as described. Very well located, with several nice cities nearby for visits.

we stayed for a week in April with the three of us. We were the only guests but had a wonderfully quiet week. The house was beautiful, modern, robust with everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at april and max’s (4 adults and a 1 and 4 year old). The house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting with lots of lovely places a short drive away. April and Max were such warm and kind hosts - we had a minor incident with one of our children while on holiday and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed with great facilities - we felt it was better in real life than the pictures. We would definitely return if coming back to the area 😊

Armand and Stéphanie were fabulous, friendly and considerate hosts. The location is great and peaceful, a magnificent restoration work has been done. A plus for the beautiful jacuzzi that we could not use for weather reasons, but it's only a matter of time. You can go there with your eyes closed (not too much because you have to look at the road), you will not be disappointed.

Very pleasant stay in this small cottage, very well furnished, with everything, including food! Very discreet hosts but very attentive to well-being. Peaceful and serene setting that we will be happy to return to on a future trip!

We had a great stay at the Maison des Tilleuls. Cécile is very welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The house is nice with a large living room, which is nice because we were 3 couples. The garden is huge and very pretty. It's a haven of peace. It is fenced, which is appreciable with dogs. Several places with tables and garden furniture. Gourmet basket on arrival. Claude and Marie-Christine's place is a real little haven of peace, very welcoming and responsive hosts. the little outdoor space is very nice and relaxing! Everything is done to feel at home there! nothing is missing! the environment is beautiful and absolutely quiet! it's an address that I keep precious!!

Aernoud’s house is stylish, warm and very relaxing. Very comfortable beds, good quality linen, beautiful toiletries and diffusers around the house. Kitchen is very well equipped and easy to use. We stayed in February so the wood burner was wonderful! The garden is well equipped and bathed in sunshine, we would love to go back in summertime. The cinema/games room was a lovely addition. There were 7 of us and we had lots of space to spread out and relax as a group or alone. The bakery is very good and there is a restaurant in the village although it wasn’t open when we stayed. We will definitely be back!

We've just stayed at Anne's place for a week and had the most wonderful holiday. It had everything we could have wished for and more. Perfect for our 3 year old with so much to do for him and the pool was secured with a fence. There are so many games and spaces to explore. Location was superb and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you Anne for giving us the best week!

The location of the listing in the area is perfect. But even better if the desire is for solitude and quiet in a garden. Everything is possible in the chicken coop! And Agnes and her family are both very welcoming and very discreet. Loved it

We spent two nights in the large, well-equipped cottage for 8 people. Friendly welcome and comfortable bedding. The site is just incredible: river, waterfall, beautiful trees... And in addition, a swimming pool. Thank you for this weekend in the refreshing countryside.

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

We had a great weekend with friends at Nicky's house. It is a spacious house, very clean, well-equipped in a peaceful environment with a very pleasant exterior. Nicky is listening to our requests and Jacqueline is very welcoming. Thank you to them.

We went as 3 families, 2 with young children. The Villa was perfect, pool was great and the aircon was a blessing on the few extremely hot days we had! It was very easy to walk into town with a variety of restaurants and shops, supermarkets very close by and a Lidl in walking distance. The villa is far enough away though that there is no traffic etc noise, very peaceful surroundings. Emmanuelle was very responsive to messages and always easy to get hold of, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Jenny and Marc were excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome and they are lovely people. The place is beautiful, the view is amazing, the gîte was very comfortable and well equipped. It is such a peaceful and tranquil place and the pool is superb. We cannot fault it at all. Thank you Jenny and Marc!

Large property, quiet, clean, with a beautiful outdoor pool. The house is spacious enough for 8 people. Big plus: the house is very well equipped (coffee, sugar, breakfast, tea towel, toilet paper...). For a short stay like ours, it was a nice surprise to find all these amenities on site. Beautiful setting, very welcoming people, we immediately felt very comfortable, for those who love flowers it is a real joy. An opportunity to reconnect with nature, with the possibility of magnificent hikes right next door I highly recommend this accommodation, a total change of scenery. Spectacular stay at Le Cheval Blanc! We loved our week at this large but charming house in the countryside. Beautiful, clean and cozy bedrooms! Large comfortable living room area with a wood stove that came in handy in the unusually cool September. The kitchen-wow. The best appointed kitchen we have ever encountered! And then, there are the hosts that went above and beyond to make our experience phenomenal. Delicious welcome meal and a well stocked fridge to get us started. Bill and Jill were friendly and very helpful. Walks in the area possible. Many villages to visit within an hour or two. It was an amazing week. You should stay at Le Cheval Blanc!
