Cozy and spacious house that has been recently upgraded. Quiet location in great surroundings with many opportunities for hiking, outdoor activities, hunting and fishing nearby. The house belongs to the older courtyard with two residences where one unit is occupied by the landlord. Practical house with good floor plan. Toilet, kitchen, dining room and living room on the 1st floor. Four bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. 3 pcs TV and internet. Access to a grease stand for skiing during winter stays. Plenty of parking space. In addition, access to cozy seats upon agreement.

Charming house near the lake and water at Kvenvær. the house is located 5 min away from shop/restaurant and the sea as well as hiking trails,fishing waters and mountains on idyllic Hitra. The house has a senseo coffee machine and all emergency kitchen equipment, on the terrace there is a barbecue and seating area. Straight out the door is the hiking trail that goes to the mountain Tonningen 230Moh and further inwards there is good fishing water and a gapa cushion with beach and swimming pier with fire possibilities, where there is also disability parking.

It is a short distance to Grilstad Marina and Flipper cafe and with Romantica as the nearest neighbor, you have several possibilities when it comes to food. We have a dining room with room for 9 people and a large porch with a gas grill. Associated garden, as well as parking in own driveway. The beds are 180x210, 150x200 with loft bed over 140x200, family bunk 120x200 and 90x200 There will be a shuttle bus from Ranheim to Granåsen with Atb during the World Cup

"Nyhuset" at Skogan in Valsøybotn was built in old style in 2007. It is bright and cozy and very well insulated so that it keeps the heat well in the winter, while it is cool and delicious on hot summer days. Now you can spend a night or more in this cozy house with three bedrooms. Up here it is quiet and peaceful. No transiting traffic. Rich bird life. Good view from the second floor. Short distance to fjord, mountains and fishing lakes. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, shower, corner bathtub, etc. Welcome❣️

Beautiful and newly renovated house with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms have double beds and the living room has a double sleeping couch. Quiet place, perfect location with private beach. Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Relaxing house with a view.

Nicely renovated house with a great view located in a quiet hillside street. If you want a worry-free rental, this is the place you're looking for! Here you can feel at home. Everything is arranged for a comfortable stay. The cat may be a little skeptical at first, but it doesn't take longe before he becomes comfortable. He loves to cuddle! It is important to know that locking him outside is NOT an option. If you don't like cats, this house is not for you, as he is my dearest possesion :)
