There is wintery road and private parking right outside the cabin. In the winter you have miles of prepared ski trails virtually right outside the door. Otherwise in the year, just put on the mountain ski and hiking clothes and take the lovely hikes with great autumn colors around you☺️ The cabin is central and easy to get to.

Charming log cabin with stunning views both of Rondane and Jotunheimen 20 min from Otta. Here you can enjoy peaceful days with spectacular nature just outside the door. The Ulafosses are 5 minutes walk from the cabin and you hear the rush from the Ulafosses from the porch. The cabin is a perfect starting point for mountain hikes in Rondane National Park, and several of Rondanes 2000 meters peaks. The cabin has 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Water must be carried in and there is outhouse. The cabin has electricity, and there are car roads throughout the year.

Kårstua at Viken Fjellgård, right next to fishing lake

An hour's drive from Lillehammer, Viken Fjellgård is idyllically located by the lake Espedalsvatnet, where you can enjoy peace and quiet. Our guests can use our boat and canoe freely, or enjoy the jetty with swimming, fishing and fire pit. You can cycle, go on mountain hikes right out of the farm, rustle in the woods, or walk on the trails around the water. In late summer and autumn, you can pick mushrooms and berries. It takes 10 minutes to drive from the farm to the high mountains, and from the parking lot about an hour's walk to Langsua National Park.

Idyllic and peaceful

Here you can truly relax, in peaceful and idyllic surroundings.The cabin is located on its own without neighbors, with forest all around and a lake just below.Guests renting the cabin have access to a rowboat, and there are good chances of catching fish in the water for those who are keen on fishing. There are many opportunities for nice walks either on foot or by bike. The place is perfect for families with children. There is both a zipline and a swing right by the cabin, in addition to the forest and water, which offer many opportunities for play.

On the west side, there is a short distance to both alpine and cross-country skiing. There is a short distance to several restaurants and après-ski. In the summer, we have great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bicycle that can be rented. With a half hour drive you reach several attractions like Hunderfossen in the south and Fron water park in the north. Bjønnlitjønnvegen 45 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. After a day of activities, you can relax in the spacious kitchen or in the living room, both with spectacular views.

Drengestu on the farm Sygard Listed is newly renovated. The farm has no animals but you live on historical grounds. Olav the Sacred stayed 6 days on Listed in 1021 to prepare meeting with Dale-Gudbrand under the Christianization of Norway. Water in the tap is from "Olavskilden". The farmhouse is located in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen, midway between Oslo and Trondheim. Nearest neighbor is Sør-Fron Church (Gudbrandsdals Cathedral). Driving distance to Hafjell, Kvitfjell, Peer Gynt on Gålå or Rondane, Jotunheimen and Geiranger.

Skigard. 2 kayaks and rowboat can be used, at your own risk. The tenant is responsible for keeping order in and around the cabin. The cabin is left as you found it.
