Very nice quiet and spacious apartment in the courtyard/garden of a Gründerzeit house. The bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. The 85m² - guestappartement in a sublime area, close to the forest is situated in a historiv villa; it has a seperate entrance. The 100 year old house was former owned by the Böhler-family. The famous painter Hans Böhler, the sculptor Franz Müllner, or illustrious Lisa Lanett, grand doughter of Archduke Otto (father of the last Austrian emperor) were celebrity guests in the villa.
