The house, the location just great. We loved it. There was nothing missing.

Very nice hosts. A rafting center is right next door. (Also canyoning, etc.) We grilled, celebrated, tapped and were on the road in Innsbruck. Good mix thank you

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I will gladly come back. We stayed at the chalet for a few days. We enjoyed the time there. The place was very clean and you could relax nicely on the sofa or on the terrace after a busy day of hiking. From the chalet you can start some hikes. Otherwise, other places can also be reached quickly by car. There was even a bread service. You could let us know in the evening which rolls you want and in the morning they were outside the door.

Is a very nice and cozy place to stay. Manfred was very nice and offered us a small welcome drink when we arrived. We will be happy to come back. 😊

Fantastic house, which is wonderfully renovated and very comfortable. The large open kitchen, terrace and living room are perfectly designed for several people. The location is great, shopping and the center are within walking distance within minutes. The contact with the host and the handover were uncomplicated and pleasant.

Great place to stay with family or friends on a ski or summer vacation! If you want to rent a ski, it's right next door and the bus stop to the Hochötz or Kühtai ski resort is right around the corner, just great!

Really a great chalet, you feel like home, very cozy and cozy and everything very practical and thought out. The two bunk beds are very large and easily suitable for 4 adults. The breakfast service is great, the sauna is great, only the HOT TUB empties the hot water reserve too quickly for a combination use.

The house is super nicely situated in the small and sleepy floor, a Nebental to the Lechtal. The last 11km are down a great road with great views. The room and rooms are very nicely and quaintly furnished. The kitchen could use some refreshment. But there is everything you need. Amenity inquiries will be answered very quickly. We are also happy to come back with more people.

We spent a very nice weekend in a large group in the beautiful house. The large common area upstairs is ideally suited for many people. The rooms are beautiful and practical. Particularly noteworthy is the good equipment of the kitchen. An all-round successful stay - happy to come back!

We were guests with a group of 12 male bikers in Jungholz and had a wonderful time. The house was ideal for our stay – spacious common areas, a well-equipped cooking and dining area, and plenty of space to retreat. We especially liked the large terrace and the balcony, which invite you to linger in the sunshine. The region is well suited for road and gravel biking. There are many beautiful, slightly hilly routes around lakes and bike paths right in the area. Even if the weather did not always cooperate, we were able to make good use of the days and enjoy the quiet location and nature. The bedrooms were clean and perfectly adequate, and a good restaurant was also within walking distance – very convenient! All in all, a very successful stay, where we were able to unwind wonderfully. Many thanks to the hosts for the friendly communication and the great house!

We spent five days for the winter ski vacation. Group of 16 people Impeccable cleanliness upon arrival Three beautiful queen/king size double bedrooms and impeccable bedding A dormitory with a double bed and 4 very comfortable single beds. A dormitory with 10 impeccable single beds for teenagers Common areas are spacious and allow you to eat together and spend pleasant evenings playing games. We may regret that there are only two bathrooms: one with a single shower and another with two showers side by side (very nice for couples😂). A third shower room would be appreciated given the number of residents With a little discipline, everything went well. And it's just a detail. The kitchen is impeccable and very well-equipped. To get to the Arlberg area, the free shuttle passes in front of the chalet. The stop is a 10-minute walk with ski boots and a 15-minute drive Really impeccable for a group of friends

The property is very rustic. It can easily accommodate 10 people. The ski resort can be reached within 5 minutes by bus or 20 minutes by foot. However, there are only two bathrooms. Fortunately, the shower and toilet are separate from each other.

What an indescribably beautiful weekend with 14 friends in a perfect, beautiful, very tastefully restored house on a sunny hill overlooking the mountains! We fell in love at first sight with the wonderful premises, the well-equipped kitchen and simple modern bathrooms and felt super comfortable. Monika and Josef are very nice hosts, communication and luggage transport was straightforward. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!
