El apartamento de Rosalba esta tal como ella lo describe y lo mejor es que esta limpio y en buen lugar, Rosalba siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Definitivamente nos voveriamos a hospedar en este lugar!!

Excelente departamento para tu estadía! Es cómodo, amplio y la torre en el que esta ubicado esta muy limpia y con un ambiente muy tranquilo. Equipado con lo necesario y instrucciones fáciles de entender.

Alojamiento muy agradable, limpio y sobre todo la atención del anfitrión, sus indicaciones fueron muy claras y la comunicación muy rapida. Sin duda lo recomiendo

Beyond a 5 star experience. Pictures are exactly what you find inside, with many extras to make all your coffee dreams come true 😉 Very clean. Through instructions to utilize all the amenities. Peaceful sleep with the ocean breeze coming right through your balcony doors! Better then expected on all levels!

Great stay! We loved being able to enjoy the serenity of the ocean waves while still being just a short 15 minute drive from the center of town. The staff at the resort were very attentive and the place was impeccably clean. Second time staying at Encantame Towers and definitely not that last!

Another great stay at Tom’s! The rental has everything you need with a beautiful ocean view. Perfect for a getaway to the beach 🏝️

Right as we checked in the place was very cleanly and just as described, when we went to go take showers we realize the hot water wasn’t working like it should. Reach out to Tom and reported the issue within 10 minutes. He was at the door attempting to fix it. Then when he was unable to fix the issue, he had maintenance at our door within a half hour. Maintenance was able to fix the issue. Tom was very knowledgeable of the area and gave great recommendations..

Place was beautiful, amazing view from balcony, the resort and the beach are great, we have stayed in several condos in Puerto Peñasco and we can say this was one of the best we’ve been. Staff is friendly and made us feel safe. Can’t recommend enough!

The unit directly overlooks the beach and pools and the condos are situated directly on a very clean and safe beach. There are 4 restaurants within walking distance from the condos. The photos look exactly like reality. The faciltiy is very clean and well maintained, with 24 hour security and gated/private parking. You can drive to other nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The only downside was that the condo was not stocked as an Airbnb usually is with extra towels, enough shampoo/conditioner/soap for your stay, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, salt/pepper, coffee filters, etc. The facility has a small convenience store that sells many things, but it did not have those items. This did not impact the quality of our trip greatly, but I would have packed differently if I had known the condo was not stocked.

Todo estuvo demasiado bien, la comunicación, la limpieza, todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado, agradecemos demasiado que nos autorizaron entrar antes de la hora del check in, gracias, gracias, gracias!! Regresamos.

Hidden gem, TESSORO in las conchas! Beautiful condo, luxury finishes, gorgeous views, private Jacuzzi with balcony, great sandy private beach with low to medium tide, pool/jacuzzy and pool bar with coolest bartender DANTE, easy check in with security guard MANUEL ready to help out with any needs, FRED provided all the necessary and extra info on who to contact and where to go that it was easy to navigate during our stay. 20 min drive to town to go eat but we didn't mind since we didn't want to cook. When it rains the roads do get muddy, called on-site property manager MANUEL and he gave us instructions on how to not get stuck with our 4 door Toyota Camry and he assured me if we got stuck they would go get us. Overall, a great, relaxing time with my family at this beautiful gem. THANK YOU

Donald’s place was great. We love phase 2 and his location is great. One day it was very windy and we spent more time than usual indoors. His furniture was comfy and the views from the patio are perfect. The artwork in his condo made it stand apart from others we’ve stayed in at Rocky Point. 5 STARS!

We absolutely loved staying here. So peaceful. Beautiful view. Owners were amazing with communication. Definitely one of my favorite places to stay in Rocky Point.

The house is gorgeous super comfortable and with great amenities, great please to relax and enjoy the views, however, if you want to go sea swing this isn’t the place to go since the tides go up and down (far away) twice a day.

Great location and beautiful house!! We will absolutely be back in the future. The host was great to work with and very hospitable. We had a beautiful display of swans made out of towels on our bed, which the kids loved. There was a bottle of champagne on ice when we arrived. We loved everything about the house.

Pam was a super host; extremely communicative and caring, quick to respond. The house was beautiful, clean and as described. Outside had so many amenities and fun to hang out there. Close to the most beautiful sandy beach, uncrowded and excellent shelling. Easy walk to public access, maybe half a block. Roads in Las Conchas are packed clay and regularly maintained to minimize potholes and washboarding. Speed limit of 35 mph allows for quick trips into the town itself. Only negative would be the coded pad for entry through the front door. Pam was quick to respond with helpful instructions so no big deal. Thank you for allowing us to check in early. The amenities could be clearer on the AC. It is there if needed but we never needed it. Keeping the place opened up allowed the ocean breezes to come in. Nighttime was very cool and the breezes really cooled the place. Very quiet location. Wonderful slumber

We had a great and relaxing time staying here. Place had everything we needed. Our host was very quick to respond and so friendly. Definitely recommend staying here, family friendly and lots to do. The beds were comfy and the whole place was super clean. Can’t wait to come back!
