Very clean place, with all the necessary items in the bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, air conditioning, towels, etc. The TV and cable are a plus. Bathrooms in the pool area, gives it a plus. We had practically no problems with anything. If you're looking for a quiet place, this one would definitely work for you. I would definitely stay here again.

The house offers what its photos describe and meets expectations. As for me, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The natural lighting in the house was great to get hair and make up done for my sister’s wedding! I love the fact that there is a tennis, pickleball and basketball courts in the community as well as walkable distance to the most beautiful beach in San Carlos. Thank you for a great stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Recommend for a big family. Garage fitted two trucks with plenty of room. Well secured all the way around.

Great hosts and a safe and quiet location

Very nice place very spacious modern and comfortable with very large parking if they go more than 8 people charge extra but everything is very good

Walking distance to the beach, super clean, host was friendly and with clear instructions. The pool table not in the best condition and kitchen missing key items like bowls and coffee filters. Over all I would rent again and I definitely recommend this place!

They need to change the very worn bedspreads and clean the bathrooms more

Catherine was an amazing host, she was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond! She gave us alternative ways to contact her in case of emergency and is very organized in her responses and instructions. Her instructions of how to get to the condo from the Lukeville border crossing were very detailed and brought us right up to the condo, the rules are very straight forward, nothing too crazy and easy to follow. She even gave us recommendations of places to visit and eat. The condo looked exactly like the photos, everything was clean and organized. The resort was safe, secure and no one without a wrist band was allowed on property, it is close to some restaurants and bars, and there is a really good breakfast cafe and restaurant on site. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, a better host or location. We will be back and would gladly stay with Catherine in the future!

Location was perfect only a 15 min walk to “el Malecon.” Both Alex and Mal were helpful and attentive. Big plus they had 3 bathrooms in each room. Mal did a great job as well. It’s like if he wasn’t even there, gave my party and I our privacy and freedom to enjoy ourselves. No complaints, I would book again.

The accommodations worked great for our family. We had 9 people and the occupancy wasn’t an issue. The beach/water was within a 5-10 min walk from the doorstep. ATM within a 10 min walk at a nearby resort. Multiple pools on site, putt course, skylounge (rooftop bar) was awesome great views and a live band/DJ, views of the ocean on a large balcony. Great A/C, in fact a little cold, but just turned it off when needed (temperature function didn’t work). Only thing was one shower had just a trickle of water pressure, so teens showered in our room, but with 3 bathrooms it wasn’t a huge deal. Definitely would stay here again.
