Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Søndre Nordstrand

Location location location... I wanted to stay in Sandvika, because my mother lived there for 20 years, so I am very familiar with the area and it feels like home. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and feels very private, yet is centrally located, and easy to walk around the area for hiking, shopping, bus/train transfers, and easy to use trains and bus to connect to anywhere quickly. We had everything we needed, and were comfy and cozy and made ourselves at home. Very comfy beds. As described, the sleeping loft has a low ceiling. My daughter is not very tall and is young and limber, and was quite happy up there, but you probably don't want someone too tall up there. Host is very responsive and clearly communicates. They live in the house next to the rental, but we never saw them in over a week, so the rental is very private. Beautiful view of the bay and lovely sunsets from the deck.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

I loved staying at Frida’s place. Just about all of Oslo is walkable from there. The neighborhood is full of charming and colorful wooden houses. It’s close to nightlife yet very quiet. There’s a grocery store right across the street. The bed is comfy. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay again. The only people I might not recommend this place for are anyone with mobility issues, as you have to climb a ladder to get to the loft bedroom, which I found completely charming.

Wir waren 9 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet und hat eine zentrale Lage. Wir haben die Gastgeber nicht persönlich angetroffen, aber sie haben immer schnell geantwortet und waren sehr freundlich. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

We had a really nice stay at Kaja's place in the Holmenkollen area. The house is large and has a very beautiful kitchen and great upper floor with lots of amenities for kids. The bathroom is fantastic and bedding is great. There is lots to do in the area especially if you are into nature. Also the railway to the city centre is relatively close and there is also a direct bus to the city center super close by. We would come back for sure!

Rekommenderas starkt för ett större sällskap. Vi samlades 8 personer från olika håll i landet för bröllop och kunde bo samlat hela familjen. Mycket trivsamt och elegant boende. Perfekt fungerande kontakt med värdarna.

Susanne is a super nice host, very responsuve and arranging. Her house is so lovely ans confortable to stay at, in a very calm and beautiful environnement. It was a real pleasure !

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Vi hadde en fantastisk opphold hos Camilla! Huset var helt nydelig, svært rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Det var enda bedre enn bildene viste. Beliggenheten var perfekt, og vi satte stor pris på de rolige omgivelsene. Verten var utrolig hjelpsom og vennlig, og sørget for at vi hadde alt vi trengte for et komfortabelt opphold. Kommunikasjonen var enkel og effektiv, og vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første stund. Vi kan virkelig anbefale dette stedet til alle som ser etter et koselig og avslappende sted å bo. Terje and Hanne are great hosts. Clear, proactive and responsive while making you feel welcome. The house is very well located and fully aligned with descriptions/photos. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place.

Asmund place was perfect for our family group to attend ski races at Holmenkollen. Beautiful views. Great public transportation.

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

Großartiges Appartement, toll ausgestattet, schicke Einrichtung, liebevolle Deko, selbst an Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht - es hätte nicht besser sein können! Haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Dipin war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis richtig gut! Wir kommen wieder!

I travel all the time, have stayed at hundreds of hotels and dozens of airbnbs now. This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any place I’ve stayed. The house was close to my friend’s place, perfectly described, very clean, and we felt like we were at our own home. To make it even better, the communication from Vilde was incredible! She was very kind, friendly, provided recommendations, waited for us to show us around, and made sure our stay was perfect. She even did the same things, like ensuring there were local treats for the kids, coffee and tea, and everything you would need if you like to cook! The entire house, including bedding and towels, were super clean. If you like to cook, this is the place for you! The kitchen is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. Solid place to stay as long as you are savvy with your mobile device. (Your phone is the key for entry to the complex and apartment). We really enjoyed our stay and suggest checking out Bobs while visiting Oslo. Walking distance to all the sights with great options for food right out the front door. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal if that’s more your speed. The host is responsive and the apartment is clean and very modern. We’ll be back!

Pěkný prostorný byt, vše čisté a uklizené. Velmi dobře vybavený byt, ve kterém majitelka bydlí - vše bylo jasně označeno, co lze použít a co je soukromá část. Byt je kousek od stanice metra, dobrá dostupnost do centra. V okolí veškerá vybavenost - obchody, pekárna ... Samoobslužný proces ubytování, jednoduchý přístup do byt. Maria poskytla velmi jasné instrukce a dala tipy v okolí. Byl nám nabídnut také pozdější odjezd.

The place is amazing and everything is cozy and comfortable. Remzo replies quickly and he was helpful when we could not find something. We received suggestions of restaurants and places to visit in aoslo, very thoughtful. We could not find much to do arround, but the size and comfort were definitely worth it. Quick to go to the Sentrum (20min by train), there is a station just in front of the apartment.
