New renovated cottage with panoramic views of the Limfjord. The house is located in a quiet summerhouse area on a large nature plot with its own path to the water. The view is unique over the Limfjord with Venø on the horizon. The house contains 3 rooms, open kitchen and living room, bathroom and a large conservatory. Surrounding the house is a large wooden deck with several groups of outdoor furniture. The beach alternates between stone and sandy beach. A few meters out is purely sand. The water is often calm and very clear.

The whole plot is covered with trees and lawns so you can sit completely naked outside. The house is 150m2 and has 2nd double bedrooms , 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with exit to the dining area.
