Nice apartment near the beach

Nice apartment located in the residential area of Son Parc, 200 meters from the magnificent Son Saura beach. The apartment is very well kept, renovated, equipped and very tastefully decorated. It has a pleasant terrace with sea views and sun loungers, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. It has air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The complex has large garden areas and community pools. There is no nearby business or commercial activity likely to cause nighttime inconvenience. Tourist services are not provided in the apartment (room service, food and drink, etc ...) Cozy little house in the quiet area of Son Parc. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

Seaside getaway in Menorca

Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and paddle tennis court. Ocean and mountain views. It consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Very quiet area, with services nearby (supermarket, shopping area, golf... has private parking. You can enjoy a great summer, visit beautiful coves such as Cala Pregonda, Cavalleria, etc. Being in the center, it is ideal for getting to know the island. The apartment is fully equipped.

Very elegant apartment, decorated in Menorcan style, well located in Playas de Fornells, close (10-minute walk) to the family beach of Cala Tirant, and with spectacular views of the sea and Cap de Cavalleria. The 3 bedrooms are designed as suites worthy of a boutique hotel: they all have their shower rooms, toilet, dressing room and office area, as well as beautiful windows with unobstructed views, which can be obscured by curtains and shutters. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in April and October, as well as lifeguard services, kayak rentals, water scooters, and paddle surfing. About 12 km from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km from Maó and 30 km from Ciutadella. We hope you will be as comfortable and enjoy and care for it as much as we do.

Serene Villa with Private Pool

Edward’s property was perfect for our girls holiday. The pool was large and had the sun all day. The islands small so wasn’t tricky to get anywhere and the villa is in a lovely neighbourhood by the golf club. There are restaurants, a pub, and the beach nearby. Edward was a great host, he was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. He kindly allowed us to have early check in and late check out. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island, and for grocery trips. Taxi’s are also super easy to get if not. 5/5 rating for us! Would defo recommend :)

Isa’s place was absolutely stunning (so beautifully decorated), in the best spot possible for the beach, and spotless! It was so clean, we had everything we needed, and felt very at home! Isa was a joy to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations and easy to chat with. We loved the ocean view from the patio (and sunset!), were steps away from the most beautiful beach on the north side of the island, and had access to a supermarket close by too for our kids! Honestly, we loved everything. We would LOVE to stay here again!

The apartment is as shown in the pictures and was very clean. The sea view is beautiful. Short distance to a very nice beach. Marina always responded quickly and was very accommodating to us in the arrival and departure times. Thanks again Marina! For us, it was a nice and relaxing holiday!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was ideal for us as a couple (although it does have a second bedroom for a family). The views from the apartment are sensational and it is not directly overlooked so very peaceful. It is well positioned, being very close to Fornells and its restaurants and mid way between Mahon and Ciutadella for exploring. Also close to Son Parc golf if you like your golf. Christian the host is very helpful and communicative with some great recommendations for restaurants etc.
