Nice apartment near the beach

Nice apartment located in the residential area of Son Parc, 200 meters from the magnificent Son Saura beach. The apartment is very well kept, renovated, equipped and very tastefully decorated. It has a pleasant terrace with sea views and sun loungers, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. It has air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The complex has large garden areas and community pools. There is no nearby business or commercial activity likely to cause nighttime inconvenience. Tourist services are not provided in the apartment (room service, food and drink, etc ...) Cozy little house in the quiet area of Son Parc. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

Appartement très élégant, décoré dans le style minorquin, bien situé à Playas de Fornells, proche (10 minutes à pied) de la plage familiale de Cala Tirant, et avec vue spectaculaire sur la mer et sur le Cap de Cavalleria. Les 3 chambres sont pensées comme des suites dignes d’un boutique-hôtel : elles disposent toutes les 3 de leurs salles de douche, WC, dressing et coin bureau, ainsi que de belles fenêtres avec vues dégagées, pouvant être occultées au moyen de rideaux et volets. Air conditionné.

Apartamento a escasos 200 metros de la playa, gran terraza con barbacoa. 2 piscinas y pista de padel. Vistas al mar y a la montaña. Consta de una habitación doble, salón, cocina y un baño. Zona muy tranquila, con servicios cercanos (supermercado, zona comercial, golf...dispone de parking privado. podrás disfrutar de un verano estupendo, visitar calas tan bonitas como cala pregonda, cavalleria, etc. Al estar en el centro es ideal para conocer la isla. El apartamento está totalmente equipado.

Casa adosada con licencia turística, en zona muy tranquila situada en primera línea de mar y playa. Dispone de plaza de parking exterior. Supermercados y restaurantes pueden no estar abiertos los meses de abril y octubre, asi como los servicios de socorrista, alquiler de Kayak, patinetes acuáticos y paddle surf. A unos 12 Km del encantador pueblo de Fornells, y a unos 20 km de Maó y 30 km de Ciutadella . Esperamos que se encuentren tan cómodos y la disfruten y cuiden tanto como nosotros.

La urbanización es muy tranquila y la casa tiene unas maravillosas vistas al campo de golf y a la montaña. Si te apetece ir a la playa podrás ir caminando a Arenal de Son Saura (1km) o en coche 5 minutos. El apartamento está perfectamente localizado a una distancia intermedia de todos los atractivos turísticos de la isla. Desconecta de la rutina y relájate.

Bell'appartamento, dotato di ogni confort, arredato con cura e gusto, cucina completa di tutto il necessario, elettrodomestici completi ( piano ad induzione, microonde, lavatrice e lavastoviglie), meraviglioso affaccio su un tratto splendido di costa, letto matrimoniale comodissimo, lettini con confort mediocre, biancheria abbondante. Pulitissimo. Consigliatissimo. Host molto disponibile.

Edward’s property was perfect for our girls holiday. The pool was large and had the sun all day. The islands small so wasn’t tricky to get anywhere and the villa is in a lovely neighbourhood by the golf club. There are restaurants, a pub, and the beach nearby. Edward was a great host, he was super responsive and helpful before and during the trip. He kindly allowed us to have early check in and late check out. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island, and for grocery trips. Taxi’s are also super easy to get if not. 5/5 rating for us! Would defo recommend :)

Isa’s place was absolutely stunning (so beautifully decorated), in the best spot possible for the beach, and spotless! It was so clean, we had everything we needed, and felt very at home! Isa was a joy to communicate with and very helpful with recommendations and easy to chat with. We loved the ocean view from the patio (and sunset!), were steps away from the most beautiful beach on the north side of the island, and had access to a supermarket close by too for our kids! Honestly, we loved everything. We would LOVE to stay here again!

Je recommande vivement ce logement ! Tout était parfait et bien pensé. Vous pouvez aisément poser vos valises et profiter de l’île sans vous préoccuper du matériels à emporter (serviettes, gel douche, parasols). La cuisine quant à elle est très bien équipée. Le lieu est très calme et privilégié. Merci à Carlos pour sa disponibilité et ses recommandations pour trouver des vélos. Lors de arrivée, vous recevrez également un guide touristique dematerialisé très utile.

Appartement Son Parc

Die Wohnung ist praktisch und nützlich eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Es gibt eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die An- und Abreise war sehr einfach. Wir konnten direkt vor der Wohnung parken. Marina ist äußerst hilfsbereit und entgegen kommend. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen etwas veralteten Eindruck, aber hat viel Charme und passt auch gut in die Landschaft. Wir haben uns gefreut, dass Strandutensilien vorhanden sind, und dass wir den gering frequentierten Pool fast für uns ganz alleine hatten. Drei kleine Supermärkte sind schnell erreichbar, die Umgebung ist ruhig und still, nur schade dass es wenige Restaurants gibt. Wir bedanken uns bei Marina für die Gastfreundschaft und freundliche Kommunikation.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was ideal for us as a couple (although it does have a second bedroom for a family). The views from the apartment are sensational and it is not directly overlooked so very peaceful. It is well positioned, being very close to Fornells and its restaurants and mid way between Mahon and Ciutadella for exploring. Also close to Son Parc golf if you like your golf. Christian the host is very helpful and communicative with some great recommendations for restaurants etc.
