Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Somo

The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

My family and I loved our stay at Marina’s place. We felt so comfy and at home. We want to return to stay again!

We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

A really great place - big and comfortable house with a huge green backyard and an amazing view to the ocean, Santander, lighthouses and sunsets. Feels very private and peaceful and only a couple of minutes of walking to the center of Somo and couple minutes more to the beach. Very well stocked house. The design inside might seem a little old-school, but still very clean, everything works, very comfortable. We were three people and we rented only the first floor and as a result we had lots and lots of space to our selves. David was very helpful and responsive. Great place.

Very nice the smithy de somo, the accommodation is just as you can see in photos, everything new and very clean. The host was attentive at all times to answer our questions, gave us local recommendations and was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Value for the money 10/10. The garden with the bbq is a plus. As the only detail, the space for 6 is maybe half fair, mainly because the second bathroom is not completely closed. We were also very well accommodated. Everything else was great! I would definitely come back!

We had a very pleasant few days at Conchi's house!! The cottage is right next to the beach, an incredible location!!!Conchi is very kind and super nice. I recommend it 100%!! We'll be back

We spent 6 days at Maria's house and we loved it. Fully equipped to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Very quiet area. A few kilometers from the most tourist spots to visit in the area. I would definitely recommend it.

Our stay in this apartment was excellent. The owner was very attentive and the communication was fluid. The apartment is bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. Everything was clean and the appliances worked perfectly. The location is ideal, in a quiet area and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. The view is beautiful and the apartment is perfect for relaxing and the kitchen is fully stocked. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for comfort and a good location. If you want peace and a beautiful view, this is a great place. From the balcony, you can look out over a bay with the sea in the distance. From the apartment, you can easily explore the surroundings. We visited Comillas and the Gaudi house. Santillana Del Mar, a beautiful medieval village, is a half-hour drive away. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and walk a long way along the sea. There is a hotel on the boulevard where you can order a delicious fresh jus or cappuccino. The apartment is clean and equipped with every comfort. Even when it is above 30 degrees, the sea wind cools. We had a great time

Our stay in the Pedreña apartment was exceptional. The views over the bay of Santander, with the city in front, the dunes of Puntal and the estuary of the Miera river, are impressive, even with fog. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves every half hour for Santander, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations for the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, great location equal distance to beaches and old town, lovely walks in every direction, it’s hilly but everywhere is! Only note is the terrace is on the front porch, quite pleasant and gets the sun but not secluded/private. Luis was a fantastic host and we would stay again.

A lovely little apartment for a couple of nights stop in Suances, Carlos was very helpful and gave great instructions to find and access the apartment, nice little garden for our dog. Very comfortable bed

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Diana was so lovely, she did a great job explaining everything despite the language barrier. The flat is in a private location in a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, beach etc and we managed to find parking outside.

Belen's apartment exceeded our expectations. It has everything you need to spend the perfect stay. The decor is very nice and cozy. They left us welcome details upon arrival (breakfast, coffee...) Very good location, beaches very close, as well as bars, restaurants and shops. Very quiet neighborhood and building. Belén is an excellent host, very attentive to anything we might need. We will definitely repeat, it is a highly recommended accommodation!!
