Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The apartment in the developed basement of the detached house is about 20 sqm and has: - separate entrance - anteroom with small kitchenette (fridge, 2 induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed -small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink. The nearby northern beach, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboarding, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

The high ceilings and large windows create a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or adjust their light temperature as desired. Sleeping like in the hotel – feel good as home. This was our idea and claim in the design of our apartment. They expect 86 m², equipped with high-quality modern furniture. Comfortable box spring beds make for a good sleep. A cozy living area with flat screen TV and a reading corner with relaxation armchair invite you to relax. A fully equipped kitchen offers you all the utensils you need for cooking and baking even for longer stays.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Chic, cute and fully equipped bungalow with a magnificent outdoor pond. Pool (May - September), terrace and parking right by the house. In the north of Erfurt, in a very quiet garden about 15 minutes from the city center, lies this small and very cozy oasis. Excellent transport links, tram stop at 150 meters away and 2 km to the highway. Here you can relax and unwind from the stress of everyday life.
