Perfect location and large balcony

5 minute walk to train and metro, just around the corner from the Meat packing district, view of Sønder Boulevard where the Copenhageners hang out. There are a plethora of great restaurants, cafes, and bars just around the corner. Two-bedroom Copenhagen apartment, cozy furnished with plenty of plants. There is a bedroom with a double bed and exit to the balcony. Dining room as well as kitchen. The apartment is on the fourth floor, so there is plenty of light and the balcony has sun all afternoon.

We welcome you into our family summerhouse located on "Sandet" ("The Sand") right in between Tisvildeleje and Liseleje with both beach towns approx. a 10 minute drive away. The house is a few hundred meters from Denmark's largest lake, Arresø, where you can fish, go kayaking or watch a large variety of birds. Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.

Only ten minutes walk from the lovely child-friendly beach, 200 meters away from nearest restaurant, 1500 meter from grocery store, 5 kilometers from closets train station, lots of tourist sights in the area. It's a great house for cozy family times. The garden is very privat and you will have all the abilities to get either an active holiday with lots of sightseeing or just a relaxing holiday in the garden and at the beach.
