Family-friendly holiday rentals in Solingen

We spent our bachelor party here on a weekend and had a nice time together. Despite our high number of participants, everyone also had the opportunity to withdraw or do something together with the entire group. Of course, the highlights are the whirlpool and sauna. The beds must also be positively emphasized. I've rarely slept so well outside. Absolutely recommended for bachelor parties 👌🏻

We stayed there one night and were satisfied. The night and the bed were comfortable. We were greeted in a friendly way and everything worked out so far. We did not use the wellness offer because personally the extra charge was too expensive for us and there was no time for it. Thanks again!

Jürgen was very helpful and very eager to give us a nice time. The property is great for groups and offers a lot. A lot of special features of the amenities make for a good stay.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a gorgeous location. Anja's family are lovely and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself is at the top of a steep road - walkable, but it's a shock to the system the first time - and Overath is a pleasant journey by rail or bus to Cologne, Bonn and the rest of the local area. It's very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen is small but very well-appointed. We had a wonderful.time.

I had a pleasant stay. Great locations and surroundings. Host is very proactive and responsive. He had also recommended us list of attractions and activities which we can do in surrounding areas. Having built in breakfast and outer garden with sauna was a delight. I could not get the chance to explore but would definitely explore it in my next visit. Overall, would recommend everyone to experience if you are planning to visit Duisburg.

Freya and Stefan are great hosts, nice, warm,funny and committed to everything! You can just feel comfortable. The apartment offers the perfect ambience for this - it is absolutely centrally located with good connections to the city (also possible on foot, who likes to walk), many bars and shopping in the immediate vicinity and yet you have peace on the small beautiful terrace of the apartment! Highly recommended! You'll be happy to come back!

Nice cottage in a nice area, unfortunately did not have the opportunity to discover everything. definitely recommend to others.

Everything was great! The hosts are very friendly and were very helpful :) The room was very clean and you had everything you needed. The location was also great, you can be in the city in 20 minutes or in nature in 5 minutes... depending on what you have in mind. Thanks!☺️

Great Place to stay with nice host who is genuine interested in your wellbeing. it was warm but the place itself is cool at night. the forest next door is an interesting place for a walk. enough to do and to see in the area

Jan was a very considerate host and I found the place very convenient for my short stay. It had a basic kitchen and lots of space. I asked Jan to remove a ladder as the place is also used as a photography studio, which he did right away. There was also an iron and Jan brought an ironing board. He also had left water, fruit and a chocolate, which made me feel very welcome.

everything was as shown in the pictures. incredibly nice, fast and helpful contact. happy to come back. super great description about the check in. if we are in the area again, we would be happy to come back :)

The Stranzenburg is a super cool and extraordinary location. In addition to the flair of the 15th-18th century, a neighboring property with a bathing pond, charcoal grill, etc. is also available. We were here with a group of friends and were able to spend an exciting weekend; our crime thriller dinner planned for the holiday also found the perfect location as a setting! Ursula was always very easy to reach as a landlady and is also a great contact person. The cake that Ursula baked and prepared for the handover of the AirBnB was also super delicious. We can therefore recommend the accommodation to anyone who is looking for something unusual and wants to experience a special flair of the accommodation :-)

Everythinng worked fine for a two - month stay.. Fully equipped both in kitchen and furniture - wise. Nice and safe neighbourhood. Elena was easy to get hold of .

Located in the middle of a golf course, surrounded by trees with a sunny terrace, fire pit, hot tub and - especially - a swimming pound make it a great place to stay for a few days. The kitchen is well equiped and everything was super clean when we arrived. We recommend.
