Die Kommunikation mit Dina war von Anfang bis zum Ende sehr gut und angenehm. Schnelle Antwort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ich kann Dina, ihren Mann und das wunderschöne Haus nur empfehlen. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder für einen Urlaub buchen.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jedesmal schnell auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen geantwortet haben. Kleine oder auch etwas größere Supermärkte sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso befinden sich auch Restaurants nicht weit weg. Dennoch ist die Umgebung stets ruhig und man kann den Urlaub problemlos genießen. All in all gibt es nichts zu meckern und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

Ich hatte das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und ich bin restlos begeistert! Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa war ein echtes Highlight: alles war unglaublich sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Matteo, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet man hätte nichts von zu Hause mitbringen müssen. Ich hatte zwar ein paar Dinge dabei, aber das war im Nachhinein völlig überflüssig. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Matteo war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus. Es war sehr sauber, die Betten gemütlich, Pool und Sauna traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Andrej war super. Der einzige deutliche Minuspunkt: Uns wurde auch auf mehrmalige eindringliche Bitte kein Babystuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Andrej sagte, dass er das selbst nicht entscheiden könne. Ich konnte wirklich nicht verstehen, wieso kein Stuhl angeschafft werden konnte. Für uns war das eine große Einschränkung/Herausforderung, weswegen ich das hier öffentlich mache, damit andere Eltern mit Kleinkind vorbereitet sind.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen vor Ort. Es hat alles super geklappt und die Besitzer sind sehr nett.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden hier und sehr zufrieden. Die Villa hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. Check-in und Check-out waren einfach und Andrej war immer schnell erreichbar. Danke, für den schönen Urlaub!

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Ein toller Urlaub in Privlaka – absolute Empfehlung! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus in Privlaka! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen – sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus selbst war modern, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der schöne Garten und der herrliche Pool, die zum Entspannen und Genießen eingeladen haben. Alles war sehr gepflegt und durchdacht ausgestattet. Auch die Lage war perfekt. In der näheren Umgebung war alles vorhanden, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und schöne Strände. Zudem war Privlaka ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region. Wir haben viele charmante Städte in der Umgebung ( z.B. Nin, Zadar, Sibenik usw.) entdeckt. We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Andrej ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Hat uns Tips für den Aufenthalt gegeben und ist gut zu erreichen gewesen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Alles zusammen ein toller Urlaub.

Wir haben im September für 6 Tage im wunderschönen Steinhaus übernachtet und es war einfach traumhaft! Das kleine Haus hat uns mit seinem authentischen Charme begeistert, und der Ausblick aufs Meer war einfach atemberaubend – jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und direkt auf das glitzernde Wasser zu blicken, war ein Highlight. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Roman und Eva waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir können diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe und Erholung in einer idyllischen Umgebung sucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mooi ingericht appartement met schitterend dakterras met jacuzzi, ligzetels én zicht op de zee! Een echt pareltje! We kunnen dit verblijf alleen maar aanraden... Nin en omgeving zijn absoluut de moeite waard om te verkennen. Pittoresk centrum van Nin ligt op wandelafstand. We hopen zeker hier nog eens terug te kunnen komen!

Alles was goed, prachtige villa splinternieuw en brandschoon. Mooi gelegen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Luka is een zeer behulpzame host en reageert heel snel. Absolute aanrader om hier te verblijven.

This place is beautiful. The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We saw the stars and heard owls at night. Has everything you need to make breakfast and do some basic cooking if you can be bothered, but there's lots of places to eat in the likes of Bol, with quite a few still open in the shoulder season. It is next to another kind of boutique hotel/airbnb thing but you're still afforded relative privacy from the terrace. Marijan gave us solid instructions on how to get there, but we still drove past the turn off so better to get there in daylight if you can. You will need a car. All in all such an amazing stay, the island of Brač has so much to offer, and this is a particularly idyllic spot. Thank you!

Bardzo serdecznie polecam! Super kontakt z właścicielką, bardzo pomocna i serdeczna osoba! Miejsce cudowne, cisza, spokój, przy plaży - idealne na relaks. Mieszkanie czyste, spore, z bardzo przytulnym tarasem. Do zobaczenia za rok!

Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in Damirs Poolhaus. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind absolutes Highlight. Unsere 3 Kinder waren nicht so sehr an Ausflügen interessiert, so dass wir viel Zeit im Pool verbracht haben - was einem bei dieser Location aber auch absolut nicht schwer fällt. :) Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig gut machbar und ein Sandstrand so auch erreichbar. Der Rückweg in großer Hitze ist für die Kids jedoch etwas anstrengend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht - und wenn etwas fehlt ist Damir jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Wow! I really think this could be one of the most breathtaking views we have ever had on holiday, it’s just amazing. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of four and it is equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside though because the outside area is just so lovely. The heated pool was fantastic for the children and the summer kitchen is just brilliant. We have never stayed in such a perfect place. The local area is beautiful. We went hiking and Petar also recommended a rafting company that we went out with and had a brilliant time. Both trips were great ways to explore. We also went to some beaches that Petar recommended and spent a day around Mostar which was also incredible. A fantastic holiday all round. Thank you
