Die Unterkunft war super. Der Strand war traumhaft, der Pool war gut doch leider war die Dame die dort wohl für die Bar verantwortlich ist, sehr unhöflich. Kinder durften im Pool nicht spielen, auch eine Kommunikation mit der Dame die das ganze überwacht hat war nicht möglich da Sie kein Wort Englisch verstanden hat. Einzige Sprache die die Spaßbremse versteht ist Koratisch. Ich korrigiere mich Sie beherrscht das Wort Nein auf Englisch. Andere Besucher haben es auch so empfunden. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt bei Zeljko war wirklich sehr schön! Das kleine Häuschen ist wunderbar gelegen und man hat alles, was man braucht (sogar eine Nespresso-Kaffemaschine und ein Haarföhn sind vorhanden)! Die Sicht ist atemberaubend und das Grillieren auf dem Balkon ein tolles Erlebnis! Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt dank des eingezäunten Gartens. Auch der kleine Weg zum Strand ist einfach begehbar und man erreicht diesen in nur 5 Minuten. Schliesslich hat auch das Mobilfunknetz einwandfrei funktioniert! Eine sehr tolle aunterkunft! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist klasse! Direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist für die Größe optimal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist super. Für Strandliebhaber perfekt. Tiziano war immer erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung.

Cosy flat in the little port in Mali Iž. We were there for a coulple of days in the end of September, and the place was quiet and peaceful. Views from the balcony on the water and the port is all you need :) Bedroom window is facing the courtyard and it was super silent, good night sleep. Kitchen is not big but has everything you need, we cooked and it was ok. The shop is literally next door. Kind hosts. We recommend it!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!

Marina und ihr Mann haben hier ein kleines Goldstück geschaffen. Es war ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Uns wurde alles erklärt was wir Wissen sollten und mussten. Das Mobile Home ist super ausgestattet. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Wohn und Schlafbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer. Ruhe ist hier Programm, zumindest in der Zeit die wir jetzt da waren. Für Hunde ein Traum. Der Strand und die Umgebung bieten genug Raum für die Vierbeiner. Marina und ihr Mann waren immer erreichbar, und auch gleich zur Stelle. In Privlaka selbst gibt es viele gute Lokale eine gute Eisdiele. Vir und Nin sind gleich um die Ecke. Und nach Zadar braucht man ca.20-30min wie gerade der Verkehr dorthin ist. Für uns war es ein Traum Urlaub. Wir haben für uns ein kleines zweites Zuhause gefunden. Und kommen nächstes wieder. This is a beautiful villa for a stay in Vela Luka! The home is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view is breathtaking! Aldo and Aleksandra are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Having three private en suite bedrooms was wonderful and we appreciated being able to each regulate the temperature in our rooms. We also loved having the ability to do laundry. For older travelers or those with difficulty walking, I recommend walking sticks for going up and down the driveway as it is quite steep. My mom was able to manage it with her hiking sticks. Again, gorgeous house, gorgeous location, gorgeous view!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Ivan is an extraordinary host with an amazing property. It didn't matter what we asked for or needed help with, Ivan went above and beyond to serve our needs. His home is an impeccable oasis, right on the Adriatic. We rearranged our itinerary, to stay here and are so glad we did. If you're even considering coming to the area, you need to stay here!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Lidija! Sie war unglaublich hilfsbereit, hat super schnell auf alle Fragen geantwortet und sich regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber-Service. Das Haus selbst war perfekt ausgestattet: eine voll eingerichtete Küche, Fahrräder, ein Federball-Set, ein Pool und sogar ein Whirlpool – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Das WLAN in der oberen Etage war etwas schwach. Im Erdgeschoss und draußen hingegen lief es einwandfrei mit bis zu 250 Mbit – also absolut ausreichend. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank, Lidija!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen. die Lage ist traumhaf. sehr ruhig und man kann direkt von der Villa ins Meer. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat so wie auf den Fotos ausgesehen. die Küche im Haus und auch die Aussenküche waren top ausgerüstet und hatten alles, was man braucht. der Grill und der Pizzaofen fanden wir super. das Haus ist etwas abseits gelegen. Restaurants hat es keine in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind aber genügend vorhanden und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. das Haus ist perfekt für erholsame Ferien.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

Our family had a wonderful time at Tanja’s home! With 5 adults and 2 kids under 7, we felt comfortable. The view from the bedrooms and pool were stunning and the pool was perfect! The house is located on the main road but is set up on a hill with lots of steps. We enjoyed exploring the area. There is a walking path just across the street and down the stairs and another up the road where you can park and walk down. A must do for beautiful rock beaches! We explored Gradac which was a short drive up the road - pizza take out, ice cream, a giant swing on the beach, and dinner outside on the water. There is also a Plodines (grocery store) just up the street. The house is about half way between Dubrovnik and Split - just under 2 hrs each way which was perfect for exploring. I suggest checking out Makarska (Riva Resturant!) when heading towards split and Mali Ston (Kapetanova kuća) when heading towards Dubrovnik. Tanja was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super. Man hat über das Grundstück des Gastgebers einen direkten Strandzugang. Bäcker und Restaurants sind in Gehweite. Größere Supermärkte sind außerdem mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Zadar selber ist ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist super gepflegt und die Küche super ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin war ständig zu erreichen und erfüllte einem jeden Wunsch. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit Jacuzzi, welcher natürlich reichlich genutzt wurde. Kann das Inserat nur weiterempfehlen! Kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless. You really can’t beat the location, right in the heart of Zadar, with everything from cafes to historic sites just a short walk away. While the outside of the building might not win any beauty contests, the interior is modern, cozy, and well taken care of.

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

Wir waren mit unserem Baby im Penthouse & es war wirklich alles perfekt. Die Aussicht, die gehobene Ausstattung, der Whirlpool, alles war richtig klasse. Den Pool hatten wir an fast allen Tagen nur für uns, das war ein wirkliches Highlight. Zum Meer waren es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, das war traumhaft. Leider ist unser Baby krank geworden, aber Toni hat direkt versucht zu helfen und sich um uns gekümmert. Das war sehr aufmerksam. Insgesamt waren wir 100% zufrieden & können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 😍

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen, sea view. The beach is very relaxing. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet holiday. The owners live in the building, they are always available, helpful and nice.

Serdecznie polecamy to miejsce na wakacje. Byliśmy już drugi raz w tej części Chorwacji i z miłą chęcią wróciliśmy do tego Gospodarza. Kontakt z Gospodarzem bardzo przyjazny, zawsze odpowiada na zadane pytania w krótkim czasie. Lokalizacja apartamentów jest wyjątkowo urokliwa (blisko kawiarnie, restauracje, sklepy, plaże). A same mieszkania są w bardzo dobrym standardzie, zadbane, dobrze wyposażone i czyste. To idealne miejsce dla rodzin, jak również przyjaciół, którzy chcą spędzić wspólnie czas, ale mieć również swoją prywatną przestrzeń.

Unterkunft: Dieses Haus ist ein echtes Juwel!!! Adrijan hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns zum Haus geleitetet. Der Weg ist etwas abenteuerlich aber mit jedem normalen PKW bewältigbar. Am Haus angekommen wird man von einer unglaublich tollen Aussicht nochmal belohnt. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt und lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch der Whirlpool ist eine tolle Alternative, wenn man nicht den ganzen Tag am Meer liegen will. Wir fanden es nicht schlimm, dass er nicht beheizbar war.. es hatte Ende August/ Anfang September noch weit über 30 Grad und man ist froh über die leichte Abkühlung. Zu der Insel: Pašman ist der Wahnsinn. Eine kleine liebevolle, verschlafene Insel mit wenig Tourismus und vielen netten Plätzchen und Abwechslung! Gott sei dank gibt es mittlerweile einen Plodine Supermarkt auf Pašman, so fällt auch der Stress mit dem Einkaufen weg! Zusammengefasst können wir diese Unterkunft und auch die Insel nur wärmstens empfehlen. uns hat es super gefallen, kommen wieder!
