Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Soline

Wir (eine fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt in Damirs Poolhaus. Der Ausblick und der Pool sind absolutes Highlight. Unsere 3 Kinder waren nicht so sehr an Ausflügen interessiert, so dass wir viel Zeit im Pool verbracht haben - was einem bei dieser Location aber auch absolut nicht schwer fällt. :) Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig gut machbar und ein Sandstrand so auch erreichbar. Der Rückweg in großer Hitze ist für die Kids jedoch etwas anstrengend. Das Haus an sich bietet alles was man braucht - und wenn etwas fehlt ist Damir jederzeit erreichbar. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen und wir würden es jederzeit weiter empfehlen!

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Een zeer welkome ontvangst door de vriendelijke host. Leuk, klein huisje met alle benodigdheden. En vertrokken met zelfgemaakte likeur en olijfolie. Namens ons een aanrader!

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit zwei Etagen. Im oberen Stock fanden wir zwei Schlafzimmer und einen gemütlichen Balkon. Dort konnten wir am nächsten Morgen in Ruhe frühstücken und den wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten und das Meer genießen. Die Hausbesitzerin Sanja war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl unser Aufenthalt kurz war, können wir die Wohnung auch für einen längeren Urlaub sehr empfehlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Für uns zwei Gäste war das Bad der Wohnung gerade groß genug. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Nadija and Renato were incredibly friendly warm people who welcomed our family to this house and ensured we knew where everything was and how to use everything. They were soo thoughtful that they stocked us a bottle of wine, a few Croatian beers and juice for the kids in the fridge! This place is brand new, gorgeous, and spacious with a breathtaking back patio and a killer view, pool and magnificent sunsets! Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

We have spent 9 days at the Lavanda House and it was a fantastic experience. The house is so well decorated in every single detail that you feel at home (actually the owner used it for herself before, and you can feel it). Nice small garden (figs and olives trees) to enjoy the sun, covered terrace with wooden table for the breakfast and a gorgeous terrace on 1st floor for the master bedroom. The location is also very nice: 5 min (really!) by foot, just crossing the road and then going down the stairs directly on the beach. During our stay we visited Krk, Vrbnik and Pivitce lakes (2h30 drive but it’s worth the journey). And it’s a heaven for SUP lovers. Only attention point is that the owner has her own holiday house just next to Lavanda house (quite visible on Google maps) which means that the two outside spaces have direct view on their own garden, with only partial fence. It limits a bit the privacy but they are very discreet so it did not bother us at all. I recommend!

Wir waren zu dritt bei Ana, das Apartment ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Wir wurden Vorort persönlich begrüßt. Die Kommunikation war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Meer ist in Fußläufiger Reichweite, den Berg runter. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Nur zu empfehlen.

We had a very warm welcome by Dubravka and her hushband; as we arrived earlier, she made no problem to let us in the house. We enjoyed the well equiped appartment and the cleanliness. The view from the terrace is amazing! The terrace is very we equiped with loungset and deckchairs. A big sup is for free available. Dubravka surprised us with a very tasteful dinner. As she lived on the upper appartment, we didn't hear them at all. She gave us good tips to go out eating and was always available. A wonderful house with a wonderful host!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Marina hat für unseren kleinen Sohn extra altersgerechtes Spielzeug in das Kinderzimmer gestellt, worüber er sich sehr gefreut hat. Die beiden Terassen sind Gold wert. Die gesamte Wohnung ist wahnsinnig gut ausgestattet, es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts! Die Wohnung war blitzsauber. Marina war immer sehr gut zu erreichen und hat sehr gute Tipps gegeben, die Kommunikation stets super! Bisher die beste Erfahrung, die wir auf airbnb gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :)

Wir wurden beim Check In sehr freundlich von Irenas Mutter begrüßt. Die Wohnung war klein und gemütlich und hat alles was man bei einem Urlaub zu zweit benötigt. Restaurants und das Meer sind in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Irenas Mutter brachte uns auch Kuchen und Obst was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche!

My family and I stayed at Sanda’s place for a night and had a wonderful experience. The view was beautiful, and the atmosphere was peaceful. Sanda thoughtfully provided cold beverages and an ice cream bar for each of us, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location was great, within walking distance of a couple restaurants and just a short drive to the downtown beach. We highly recommend her place and would definitely stay again!

Wij hadden alleen met Stjepan de man van Suzana te maken . Stjepan is een fantastische, warme, vriendelijke man , een top! host. Iedere dag kwamen we elkaar tegen als hij het zwembad aan het schoonmaken was. Altijd even een praatje, hij spreekt en verstaat goed Engels We raden deze accommodatie aan! Alles is aanwezig ! Jacuzzi , heel erg fijn met uitzicht over het stadje, je voelt je koning en koningin ! De bedden zijn goed , airco werkt prima en in de keuken was alles aanwezig Met vriendelijke groet Ron en Margaret Nog bedankt voor het lieve cadeautje toen we aankwamen Suzana !

We booked the apartment for 4 nights and we enjoyed every day. It’s modern and well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. Nela it’s a nice person and she is doing her best to have a great stay. I definitely recommend this place!

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Mira is a lovely host, who was more than happy to accommodate and help despite a language barrier. The apartment is a little tough to get to; on a steep residential street so be aware of that. However, when you reach it, you have a lovely view of the city, looking exactly like the photos, and a lovely clean apartment. Thank you Mira for a lovely stay. :)

Le plus de ce studio : l'emplacement !!!! proche de tout, supermarché, boulangerie, petit marché, plage...avec un accès avec escaliers. Terrasse très agréable, même si un peu bruyante.

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

O apartamento tem uma vista incrível e fica muito bem localizado. Nosso Check-in foi antecipado, o que nos ajudou muito. A anfitriã foi muito gentil conosco.

Beautiful home with an amazing view of the sea. The kitchen has all the conveniences, the bedrooms are quiet and comfortable. The host is very friendly and extremely responsive. Short drive to supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and all the riviera beauty.

Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt von Fabian und seiner Mutter. Auch unsere kleine Maus auf vier Pfoten war willkommen. Die Unterkunft war sauber und bequem. Wir hatten eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und zeitgemäß eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Wir bekamen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung und zum Abschied ein leckeres Gläschen Honig. Bei Fragen wurde uns immer weiter geholfen. Vielen Dank, wir haben eine erholsame und schöne Urlaubszeit gehabt.
