The Lofthouse was perfect for two - plenty of space for a short-medium term stay, well equipped and beautifully furnished. I loved having breakfast on the sunny balcony (sunny for most of the day with beautiful countryside views), and the toiletries provided smelled amazing. We also appreciated the fresh milk, soft drinks and laundry/dishwasher tablets in our welcome pack. We are hoping to return regularly when we visit family based nearby.

Lizzie was a great host and very communicative even with the short notice on the booking - the apartment was great and served us perfectly for our stay, will definitely book again if we’re looking to be in the area!

It was great stay. Away from the hustle of city centre. Easy to find quiet neighbourhood. Clean and nice. Great flat, good for 2. Clean bathroom and nice bed with aesthetic decor.

Excellent house for a few days while working at the NEC.

What can I say about this wonderfully quaint and quirky cottage that hasn't already been written? Probably nothing, but once you've picked your jaw up off the floor it's impossible to not be totally besotted by this hidden gem nestled in the heart of the English countryside, the pictures really don't do it justice. Our initial exploration of the spotless interior was way beyond our expectations, it's simply stunning and is the perfect blend of old and new. Everything we needed was provided and the comprehensive notes provided by Sue were more than adequate in providing clear directions and instructions for the various appliances, etc. Our stay surpassed our expectations in every way possible, if you've ever wanted to stay in an authentic cottage with a truly spectacular garden and doorstep access to to miles of public walkways look no further. Finally, a huge thinks to our wonderfully responsive host Sue for offering this property on Airbnb, very, very highly recommended.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Me and a colleague were staying in the area for one evening and found the house to be fantastic. It looks newly renovated and was extremely clean. We weren't there long but were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Peyton!

We booked the Farmhouse for a weekend getaway with friends and their kids. We had a lovely time. Three kids had lots of space to run around in the garden. We all enjoyed the space inside and outside. Maggie was very responsive and instructions were clear. Maggie was very flexible with the check in which helped us a lot. The property itself is very charming and the photos posted in airbnb don't do justice. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this to other guests who are looking for a peaceful getaway far from the crowd.

A great find! The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our team of 6 contractors. We had plenty of room to relax after work and felt very much at home. Our host Joan was fab and we would happily stay again.

Sparklingly clean, super comfortable and in a very nice residential location that was safe and peaceful. Not far from shops and eateries, and a quick 20 minute drive to the NEC without little traffic during the week. We will return next year. Thank you so much.

A great place to stay. Spotlessly clean throughout. Bed mega comfy. Easy to find in Hinckley. Net Mary who came round, very friendly, good, clear info as bout the accommodation. Very polite and professional. No hesitation in recommending for others to stay, and we would stay again if in the area.

Overall it was a very pleasant day. Car was on the driveway right next to the apartment nice and clean nice comfortable clean bed big TV exactly what I needed before a long day at Master Mind great sleep overall very happy the only one very very slight thing I may wanted more is blackout curtainsas I don’t sleep very well and the light wakes me up

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We stayed here to go to an Expo event and instantly loved it so rebooked for in a year! Very quiet, easy parking, very helpful and thoughtful hosts who seemed to have thought of everything you could possibly need, even things like chargers and batteries. Excellent all round! looking forward to returning.
