Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Gavin is very friendly and provided some great suggesions for areas to explore in the local area. The Instructions for finding the property were very clear. Everything was very clean and functioning. Also really liked the undercover car park. The property is also walking distance to shops and restaurants. The Bouys in Nelson Bay is an amazing restaurant/cafe and very close to the property, absolutely incredible food. Overall, it was a great stay! 😄

Our stay was amazing. The apartment is open with beautiful light. Beautiful kitchen/living area, and a good sized bathroom. Rose was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. 🙂

We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

Emily was a wonderful host, the house was very easy to find and get into, and the house was spotless and looked even better than the photos! The view was stunning and it was in a lovely area, close to the beach and restaurants. The house had everything you needed; a great shower, a washing machine, a nice kitchen and a comfy bed. Chanell is a very friendly host, thanks for the baby cot provided, which makes life easier and we all had a good night. The place is clean and tidy, easy to find and self check in. Thanks for the little treatment too, recommend it for an overnight stay.

Enjoyed a weekend away at Nikki's place in Nelson Bay. Would have to say this is one of the best Airbnb places i have stayed in. The apartment is very well maintained. Everything is clean, tidy and in working order. One of the best equipped kitchens ever. Communication was always clear, concise, very prompt and always conducted in a friendly tone. Highly recommended to anyone wanting a getaway.

We had a lovely stay over the ANZAC weekend. The unit is in a fantasy spot close to so many options for food. The walk and surrounding grounds are beautiful. The view from the apartment is stunning, looking straight over the water and it’s very pretty at night with all the lights lit up. The unit itself is beautiful with a relaxed coastal feel. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. We will definitely recommend our friends and family come to stay and we will be back for sure.

The location is great, and the decor and cleanliness of the place is fantastic. If you travel with a snorer, bring earplugs, as sound does travel between the rooms within the apartment, but we couldn't hear anything outside or in other flats. I loved being able to walk to the beach along a quiet path.

We had a fantastic time at One Mile Haven. The location was amazing, and the apartment was spacious with everything you could need. We loved the beautiful outdoor balcony and the infinity pool and spa were incredible. We will definitely plan a return visit.

My family had a lovely Easter. The property had beautiful views and we could relax on the balcony taking in the great vistas. The pool and spa were an added bonus especially for my grandchildren. The property had everything we required for preparing meals. I appreciated that beach towels were supplied. We hope to visit again!

Perfect location for a girls weekend away. Beautifully styled unit which was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the unit is in a big block it was quiet and peaceful and the outside space was lovely. Melissa is a great host-fantastic communication and information on the area. The property is centrally located and close walk to nelson bay resturants. View is very peaceful. This apartment is in a resort with lot of facilities. Hosts are very accomodating. We had medical emergency on the day of checkout and they were flexible for us to do late check out.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment! The views of Fingal Bay were absolutely spectacular, and the short walk to the beach made it even better. We loved having the little grocery store and cafés just downstairs—so convenient. The underground parking and elevator access straight to the second-floor apartment were a huge plus. The large covered balcony was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. We also appreciated how peaceful the area was while still being close to amenities. The only minor issue was sometimes the buses will idle at the bus stop near the apartment and if you have your doors open it can be a bit loud. But it’s only a couple of times per day we noticed it. Definitely recommend the apartment.
