On Elmwood with off street parking and private entry. Newly renovated, full kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. a keurig coffee maker and coffee. The living/bedroom area has a couch, chair, desk, 50" tv, and a new, pillow-top queen bed. Short walk to Buff State, Albright Knox Gallery, and numerous restaurants. Great area with great people, where you will feel safe. Great, comfortable place for a couple of days, or a few weeks. We offer significant discounts for extended stays.

Best Location- walk to everything/20 mins 2 Falls

Our Historic home is in the lovely Elmwood Village and on Buffalo Olmsted Parkway with art galleries, bars, and restaurants in walking distance. Our rental is for the top-floor of the home with a separate side entrance. Perfect for up to six(we are very strict with the number of people allowed to stay. No Parties and absolutely no smoking including vape pens/e-cigarettes). We live in a separate area but are rarely seen unless needed. You have your entrance and plenty of parking.

TLDR: Overall, 10 out of 10! An older building with some older building flaws, but we loved it! Long version: Me and my girlfriend were in town for a wedding nearby, and we wanted to stay near where everything was being hosted. Derek's place was within a mile of everything and made it easy to get around without going too far! He was very easy to communicate with and gave us simple directions. I would absolutely stay here again. It is very nice inside, and very cozy. The art really does lighten the place a bit, and having the kitchen was a very nice addition. The bedroom is a little oddly shaped, but it worked out as there was a large mirror that helped my girlfriend get ready for our dinners and the wedding we were attending. The bathroom is nice but a little cramped, not a big deal to us, but something to keep in mind. Everything was stocked, clean, and as described. I am very happy with our stay there.

I loved Janelle's place! It is a wonderful, quintessentially Buffalo home with lots of space. Clean, well-decorated in a very serene neighborhood. I appreicated how responsive Janelle! I was even able to check-in a little earlier. Very close to Elmowood Village - which is always a huge plus! Also loved the cold refreshments-especially on the hot June days and the great coffee/ tea selection.

Great apartment! Very clean, cozy, and in a good, safe area. It was nice to be able to walk to get to where I needed to go- near restaurants and shops. This was a great place for me to stay for 2 nights. Very nice and convenient with everything I needed inside. The only con was I could hear the neighbor upstairs walking around all night long the first night and into the morning, and it was pretty loud, but that was not the case the second night. Overall I enjoyed my stay and it worked out great.

Buffalo Stays- Elmwood Village Retreat

We had anticipated a short two-night stay, but it blossomed into a more extended and enjoyable visit. Dianne was very responsive when we adjusted our reservation TWICE! The home was impressively spacious for five adults, featuring multiple common areas to gather and dine, and comfortable beds. Its location was excellent, near local shops in a charming neighborhood and grocery stores. Family members traveled from the south and west, and it proved to be an ideal location for our trip to Niagara Falls. It was nice coming back “home” after a busy day.
