we spent 2 days in the Saló region, absolutely beautiful! we recommend taking the boat to Riva, a superb experience! Sebastiano's apartment is very large, clean and very well equipped and well located to discover a lot of very beautiful places on Lake Garda. Our days at Lake Garda with Chiara were super nice! Everything was as described and even better. The large pool, the great facility and the view are a highlight. The enclosed parking lot with automatic gate is also great. The small promenade of Cisano can be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot and Lazise as well as Bardolino itself can be reached after approx. 30 minutes with a nice walk directly on the lake. We'd come back any time! :) Brief, from our point of view, helpful info: Access to the lake is somewhat difficult due to the large campsite. Here you should pay particular attention to leaving the lake at the promenade of Cisano if you want to return directly to the apartment from Bardolino. Otherwise, due to the large number of fenced properties directly on the lake, you walk until shortly before Lazise to reload the lake path.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment on Lake Garda! The accommodation was absolutely clean, tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is perfect - it is close to everything you want to see and experience. We would like to give special praise to the host Nicoletta: Her cordiality and helpfulness made our stay something very special. From the warm welcome to the little tips for excursions and restaurants - you can feel that she is very dedicated and committed to her work. Such a friendly and attentive hostess is really rare! Giacomo Apartment is a really nice alternative to the many overpriced offers on Lake Garda. Since he lives in the house, he constantly strives to keep his apartment in good condition. In the first few days, we tried to walk from the house to the city or sometimes to a restaurant, a little higher up the mountain. Although we were already used to mountains as Wuppertal residents, the climbs were challenging for us. Especially in the heat.

Love the location! easy walk to the center of the old town, restaurants and cafes. Area is very quiet. Marco was very responsive and cares that his guests have a nice stay. Well appointed kitchen, with some basics already provided like oil, salt, pepper etc Free parking on site was amazing. Would recommend and would stay here again!

We had booked the place for 3 nights. Everything in the apartment was sparkling clean, the reception was friendly. Maria Luisa's husband lovingly takes care of the garden, you can sit on the terrace in the evening without disturbing insects. Everything is being done to achieve this. The double bed in the separate bedroom is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. The shower is great and you can use the washing machine for free. Since the way to the accommodation is above Gargagno, the drive by car is a bit steep, but not a problem. It is so nice and quiet in this corner of the lake, the place is also not so crowded. At night, the motion detectors could disturb light-sensitive people, as lights are installed around the house. Last but not least, we were not only given homemade treats, but when our car battery went on strike, the host helped us immediately. Thank you again! We can definitely recommend Maria Luisa's accommodation.

I really liked our stay. You have basically your flat on the water feeling. We had our breakfast while we looked from all windows at water and ships. My child loved it. The balcony is small but still nice. If you come with a child there is no bed for child but a sofa to use the Mattress of it. It was a bit difficult for us to pull it out every day. The check in was good. Marcella’s friend had communicated with us. The flat was mainly clean. We had towels and also bedsheets ready. But better to bring yoir shampoo and toilet paper what is there is not enough. The place is on top of a restaurant which has a really good food. There is a cafe downstairs also. A nice local restaurant also near by. I found the city super clean and nice. Nights sth was loud if you keep windows open to the bar sides. We had just at the end one problem. We had to park for some mins with our small child in front the flat and the owner of restaurant wanted to call the police. The parking is 10 mins walk.

The highlight is the view. Simply amazing and fantastic!! There is nothing missing in the apartment and Nicole is super helpful and also gives good tips & recommendations for the area. She was always quick and easy to reach. The location is very quiet and perfect for unwinding. There are many restaurants and markets in the area. You feel very local, as there are no tourists and many Italian villages. So you experience Italy in the original 😁

It's my second time at Enrico's appartment. It was great as always. in winter it's warm and nice. you even don't need to use AC. Always clean and well organized, you have everything you need in appartment. If you have any questions, Enrico gives you solutions extremely fast. Highly recommended

Matteo and Cristina's house was a pleasant discovery, it is very nice, spacious, clean and has a great view. The hot tub is the cherry on top to enjoy this quiet area in total relaxation and silence. Communication with the hosts was impeccable and the directions they provided were very useful, the cleanliness of the house was equally commendable. They were kind enough to also leave us various snacks and food to enjoy, which saved us the evening since being out of season all the restaurants within km were closed and we discovered it at the moment 🙈 5 stars deservedly so!

The house had everything you need and definitely leaves nothing to be desired. Modern amenities and very clean. However, you have to be aware that the house is in a really small place and there are no shopping facilities there, if you know that and can accept it, you will spend a really quiet and relaxing holiday there. Anna Maria is very helpful and responds very quickly to questions and concerns you have. If we come back to this area, we will definitely try to stay in this house again.

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

Nice and clean small apartment, located still in walking distance from the city centre of Verona (in Veronetta). Many bars and mini-markets are around the corner, as well as restaurants. The apartment is located at ground level in a courtyard a little away from the small dead-end street and therefore quiet. The communication with Susanna was always very smooth. Flat can definitely be recommended for single travelers or couples.

We stayed with Elena for 10 days and felt very comfortable there. The house is very large, almost too large for us. The large balcony offered opportunities to have breakfast there and relax in the deck chair in the evening. The vegetables growing in the garden could be harvested and were super delicious. If necessary, the contact was very easy, also the contact with her parents was very easy and great. All in all, it was super good there. Thanks to Elena for letting us stay there.

Apartment is spacious, more beautiful than in the photos and clean. The room and bathroom are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so you have your privacy. The location of the apartment is a bit out of the way, but with a walk or the bus that leaves in front of the door, the city center is easily accessible. The bus to Lake Garda, for example, also runs from near the apartment. Nicola is super friendly and helpful.

Perfect welcome with a proactive host! Introductory tour of the house, complete and impeccably clean!!! we did not lack anything, there was even too much 🙏🏼 (at least one hand towel per person per day!), full of small welcome gifts (savory cookies, sweet, jams, spread, sandwich bread, etc.) functional bathroom with bathtub, handwasher soap, washing machine with laundry detergent and lots of laundry clips to be able to spread out on the sunny balcony almost all day! i really recommend this place ideal for a family or group! we were extremely well received, had a nice stay, did not miss anything and even at the time of checkout we were pleasantly accompanied. The village, lake and area are beautiful!!!

Giovanni’s place was perfect for us. He, personally welcomed us and is as charming as others have noted. The apartment is comfortable and stylish, with a beautiful view of the river and Ponte Pietro. It was fun watching all of the people cross the bridge, as well as the rafters running the rapids. We highly recommend Giovanni’s apartment.

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)

An amazing pool area and view from balcony were the best. Apartment has everything you need, even playstation for kids. Mauro is very helpful host always ready to help you in any question! Would definitely stay again.
