Solenzara is located in southern Corsica, 30 minutes from Porto Vecchio and 1 hour from Bastia. Guests can enjoy the marina, the Bavella rivers 15 minutes away and the beaches.

In a quiet residence, the house can accommodate up to 4 people; (one bedroom + 1 sofa bed). Ideally located in the heart of the dynamic village of Saint Cyprien: restaurants, ice cream shops, bakery, shops, butcher, night market, press, post office... etc. and a short walk to the beach. (Most of the shops are summertime)

80m2 former sheepfold between sea and mountain

Situated in the heart of the maquis, this former sheepfold offers 80 m² of living space and is surrounded by several hectares of land with oak and olive trees. The house comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with an Italian shower, a separate toilet, a fully-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. The large shaded terrace has a large table, barbecue and deckchairs, ideal for admiring the view of the mountains and the starry sky.

Old mill, 3 bedrooms and river access.

Afternoons at the river in the natural pools, nap in the hammock under the olive trees. Relax in the hot tub from June to October and evenings around the pizza oven. The mill is over 200 years old and is located on the eastern plain in Corsica, 7 km from Solenzara. The atmosphere is cocooning and upcycling. We renovated the mill with island materials. It is a very pleasant area away from the crowds but still with major tourist attractions.

Restaurants, grocery store, bakery and tourist office are at the foot of the apartment. Best of all, it has stunning views of the marina and you'll have a great time watching the comings and goings of billionaire yachts.
