In the summer season you can enjoy a double swimming pool for exclusive use, a large solarium with an outdoor shower attached. N.B. The swimming pool remains open from May 1 to October 15. In the outdoor area there is the presence of cats.

Il Nido, a romantic mini-house

La Gemmazza, originally Villa Fabiana , is a residence built in 1990 and located in Monasteries in the Syracuse territory 4 km from the town of Floridia. Both the villa and the 10,000 sqm surrounding park have been substantially modified from the original construction. There are three guest rooms on the first floor of the villa.
