Home was very clean, comfortable and close to the old town. Our host was very helpful, responsive and kind. Had a great time staying there, thank you.

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. Thanks for that as well. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

What an amazing stay in Rhodes! The apartment exceeded all of our expectations and would absolutely stay there again next time we are in town. It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops and restaurants and about 30 minutes into Old Town/Elli Beach so for some groups it might be better suited if you have a car. For us, walking was great and Faith was an extremely helpful and responsive host. The sunsets from the balcony were 10/10! Can’t recommend this place enough!

Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

I would definitely recommend it to a friendly host. It is 1-2 streets away from the bars street in the center and it was very easy and comfortable to reach nice places when you leave the house.

Ms. Ipek was always very kind, friendly and helpful, from the answers she gave to the questions before the reservation, to the goodbye at the end of the stay. The house is at the bottom of the sea, it has its own pier. There is one of the best restaurants in the area right next door and they also serve the pier of the house as soon as you call. If you want to be close to the water, the alternative is a rare accommodation alternative. The garden is very convenient. Overall, the cleanliness is good. The kitchen has all the equipment you need. Since I wrote these, I wanted to share it despite the possibility of finding a place on the dates I want from now on:)

We were in a very nice and private place due to its location. We had a peaceful, quiet vacation. It was a perfect holiday with its magnificent view and a great hostess. Everything you need in the house was available and spotless. It was quite enjoyable to watch the sunset on the terrace and when you step through the door, your foot touched the sea. Ms. Fatmagül was caring and relevant from the moment we entered the house to our check out moment. Thank you for making us feel like we were in our own home. Wow what a lovely apartment. Perfect for us. My husband is very tall and found the space and bed size amazing. Lovely and clean and good communication.

We enjoyed it very much, everything was as shown in the photos. The host always responded quickly and was also able to speak very good English when we arrived, he also told us directly what there is in the area. And he also sent me a lot of links where you can eat well or great bars as well as activities. We felt very comfortable. And was provided water/beer/wine/soft drinks and a bit of fruit. (Free)

Pernille is a most welcoming host - friendly, very helpful, responsive and knowledgable about the local area, but also unobtrusive, although she lives next door. The studio was well equipped and spotlessly clean as was the pool and outside area. Initially Wifi wasnt great, but Pernille got it sorted and from then there were no issues! Unfortunately the washer wasnt working and the engineer advised a new one. It was no hardship to handwash clothing that needed freshening up and Pernille made her own machine available. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach and 15 min (quite) level walk to the centre of the village with its bars, resturants, amenities and bus stop. Buses to Rhodes town Monday - Friday were frequent - Saturday and Sunday less so. Kremasti is on the fight path, but we soon got used to that. This was our first time visiting Rhodes, indeed Greece. Kremasti, for us was perfect as was Pernille's studio, we really enjoyed our holiday - we WILL be back! :)

Michale’s was a great host and worked over time to help us through some scheduling issues. Villas was beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of the down town. Nice to get away from the touristy areas and enjoy the beach.

Carolus is a nice person and very helpful. He took care of everything we needed. He provided us with useful information about the area. The house is equipped and luxurious. The yard and the swimming pool were amazing. There is a high chance that we will return!

Unbelievable stay. Great staff and just wonderful

We stayed one week at Sea Villas at the end of March. Pantelis was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us arround the villa. The accommodation was really fantastic and the best one we've stayed in with Airbnb. We had difficulties in booking a rented car because everywhere was closed as the season hadn't started, but Pantelis helped to arrange this in a short space of time. One day we had a problem with the wi-fi and Pantelis resolved this immediately. Communication with Pantelis was excellent, and our questions were quickly answered. Sea Villas is easy to reach with a local bus from the airport. The nearest bus stop is Avra Beach Hotel, and from there it is about three minutes walk to the accommodation. There is a very good supermarket a few minutes walk from the villa which has eveything needed. We can highly recommend a stay at Sea Villas as Pantelis is the perfect host, and the accomodation is exactly as described.

Mr. Murat is a really good host. In the meantime, we should not forget Mr. Kenan. He was always a helpful person we could reach. They are a very interested and relevant team. We thank you for providing a complete holiday opportunity with its peaceful neighborhood.

We were a group of 8 and we had a wonderful time staying at Aristotelis’s place. It was very close to the beach and to the old city. Aristotelis was a very friendly and responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!!

We can say that it is a clean, sparkling, and hospitable family business. The rooms are exactly as you see in the photos. You can say that the location is in the middle of a great bay, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at a minimum, you are on the beach with🤓 2 steps, the employees are friendly, they help with everything we ask and the conversations were very nice. We can say that we fell in love with Selimiye with the calm sea and the night stars. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay in the same place again ❤️

The house was as it appeared in the photos; it was clean and everything we needed was at home. The balcony view was much more beautiful than the photos. There is also a nice patio area at the entrance and a brand new and clean barbecue is provided. It was very enjoyable to barbecue in this area. In addition, there is a beach area right at the bottom of the sea belonging to this house, which was also tidy and clean. Mr. Gürel and his family hosted us very well, they asked us every day if we needed anything. If we come to Sogut again, we will stay here again. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful place with the best view in Marmaris. 11/10. Really recommend staying here! I would definitely love to stay again Ahmet is a great host and communication was great. He is also very proactive!

We had a very nice holiday. The apartment we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. Our house was two steps from the sea. The sea was great. Our hosts Ms. Arzu and Mr. Ramazan were very helpful, very thoughtful and elibol people. We had taken our vacation for nine days. They shared with us the vegetables and grapes in their garden during the holiday. Highly recommend to those considering.

Having direct access to the beach was lovely for sunbathing and swimming. The accommodation is well set up and furnished well. Very clean with everything you would need to cook proper meals in the kitchen should you wish. In terms of the location, we visited at the end of April prior to the 'season' starting. Many of the restaurants/bars that front the beach were still setting up, however two restaurants were open both serving very good food, fresh seafood etc. with very friendly staff. Eser the host went above and beyond to suggest alternatives a short taxi ride away should we desire. Overall a very positive experience.

The location was absolutely perfect, we could easily walk to the beach, the ports, old town, and more. The hosts were very flexible and responsive, and left a sweet treat for us at check in. We had a lovely stay!
