Beachfront holiday rentals in Soğucak

It was really amazing stay! The villa is very comfortable, as it felt like home the next day. Beds are super comfortable. There are 3 bathrooms (1 with the entrance from the garden, 2 on the 2nd and 3rd floors), but we almost haven't used the 3rd floor. There are 2 air conditioners - one at the living room, and another at the stairs on the 3rd floor, so it cools 3rd and 2nd floors. But with the smart use of window shatters you don't actually need air conditioners that much if temperature is about 30-33 degrees. Kitchen has literally everything, and even more! Wi-fi speed is very good also. Neighbourhood is quiet, the sea is in 4-5 min by foot. The beach is sandy and wide, and it wasn't much crowded even during the national holidays. The nearest market is 3 mins by foot, there are all the essentials. A101 is about 8 min by foot, and near it there is small vegetables market with fresh food and good prices. Overall it was our best vacation!

We stayed in Dimitrios small house for three months, and we would highly recommend anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Pythagorio to book here. Just the right size, everything we needed, clean and comfortable. A beautifully renovated stone house with a small courtyard, within walking distance of the beach, shops and restaurants. Perfect for us!

The location of the apartment is great. We just walked 5 minutes from the ferry. We didn’t even need to rent a car, it was so central you are in the middle of the city. The sea view is amazing as well. The beaches were 1 minute walk. Overall amazing apartment and host. Sylvia was the best host, she’s very sweet and kind. She even left some drinks and fruit for us in the fridge. I recommend everyone Sylvia’s apartment.

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at Lilly's place. It was just the two of us, but there is plenty of room for a big family in the house. The house is very private and the views from inside and the terrace are amazing! The terrace goes all the way around the house, there are 2 hummocks in the olive garden where I loved to watch the sun rise above the sea. The most beautiful beach Tsabou is only a short walk away! It was easy to comunicate with Lilly, she is a fantastic host, she went above and beyond to make sure our holidays were perfect. Thank you Lilly!

1 oda + ufak mutfak ve banyodan oluşan bir stüdyo dairedir. Yeri, bulunduğu sahil ve ortamın huzurlu güzelliği bizleri çok mutlu etti. Chris net açıklamalar sağladı. Adada araç kiralarsanız neredeyse dairenin önüne kadar gelebildiğiniz bir park alanı var. Eşimle beraber 5 gece kaldık ve sezon başıydı, sahil çok güzeldi ve ortam sakindi. Ancak daha uzun kalış için gidiyor olsaydık içinde koltuk da olan bir başka dairelerini tercih ederdik. Banyo içeride biraz rutubete sebep olabiliyor, çok rahatsız edici değil ama sık havalandırma tercih edilebilir. Mutfak eşyaları cam kenarında ve açıkta olduğu için toz tutuyor görünüyor.

It is much more comfortable than the photos and Stella thought even smallest details. If I come again, I would definetely want to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Mine's place. They were attentive and quick to help with issues. The place is brand new and we loved having our breakfasts on the spacious balcony overlooking the magnificent sea. The location is excellent; it's possible to walk everywhere. The bus to reach the other beaches is right across the street. With Kusadasi as our base, we were able to visit Ephesus, Selçuk and Sirinçe. Thumbs up!

Zeynep hanim iyi bir ev sahibi. Hızlıca sorulariniza yanit alabilirsiniz. Bizi karşilayan Hakan bey ve eşi de cok kibar ve yardımseverler. Davutlar sakin, site tam kafa dinlemelik. Havuz çok temiz bazen özel havuz gibi kullanıyorsunuz. Evde 2 banyo olmasi avantaj. Klima var ama gerek kalmıyor pek. Çok nemli değil. Pencereleri açıp yatabilirsiniz. Sineklik var. Mutfak kisminda karıncalar biraz sıkıntı oluyor ama mutfakta karınca ilacı var. Küçük çocuğunuz varsa Milli Parkta İçmeler koyuna gidebilirsiniz. Deniz kum ve havuz gibi. Çocuk yoksa diğer koylara gidebilirsiniz daha sakin ama taşlık. Sevgi Plajına akşam çayınızı, plaj hasirlarinizi alıp inebilirsiniz. Güneşin batışını izlemek oldukça keyifli. A101, Migros eve servis var. Getir'den de Domino's vs.

Der Aufenthalt im Egebirlik Seasight war super. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Direkt gegenüber konnte man zum Strand und hatte genügend Möglichkeiten um Restaurants zu besuchen oder einkaufen zu gehen. Die Innenstadt ist mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Tiefgarage bei der Unterkunft bietet ebenfalls genug Plätze, um sein eigenes Auto dort bequem zu parken. Serdar war ebenfalls immer gut erreichbar und stets hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Kuşadası.

We had a wonderful time staying at Adem's place in Kuşadası. Our group consisted of 5 adults, a 3-year-old child, and an infant, and the accommodation was perfect for all of us. The location was incredibly convenient, close to local shops with all the essentials you might need, and just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. In addition to the nearby beach, we took some day trips to other stunning beaches that were only a 20-40 minute car ride away, making it a great base for exploring the region. Adem was an excellent host—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Kuşadası!

Great place with a wonderful view, very quiet and the apartment is intimate and chic. It was very easy to reach any places we were interested to visit and the beach is at 10 minutes away. We will come again. Great host

Konaklamamız gerçekten çok keyifli ve sorunsuzdu. Ev her haliyle düzenli ve temizdi. Mahremiyet vardı. Ayrıca Vedat Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ve sorularımıza çok hızlı cevap döndü. Dolapta bizim için ayrılan ikramlar vardı. Evde eksik bir şey yoktu. Çıkış konusunda da kendisi evin müsait olduğunu daha geç çıkabileceğimizi söyledi biz yine saatinde çıktık. Okadar memnun ayrıldık ki bugün bir arkadaşıma daha önerdim. Teşekkür ederim her şey için. Tekrar kalır mıyım? Evet

We were absolutely in awe of this amazing place right on the water from the moment we arrived. We loved it so much that we ditched our plans to head to the harbour and instead stayed close, walking down to the sea to watch the sunset — absolutely gorgeous! The apartment was even better than pictured: spacious, airy, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing with a beautiful view of the water and sunset (with cats that visited the patio). Erdem went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed so we could simply stay put and enjoy the views. Highly recommend! One note: the apartment is in a gated community, so you'll need to either drive or take a longer walk to reach the busier tourist areas. But honestly, you may not even want to leave — just bring some food with you, make your own meals in the kitchen and soak in the stunning surroundings!

Paradise appartment ligt op een fantastische plek, prachtig uitzicht en rustige locatie terwijl de gezelligheid van Kokkari binnen handbereik is. Het is appartement is prima, fijn klein keukentje en goede airco’s. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant maar wij douchten ook vooral buiten bij het zwembad. Het is overigens een heel goed zwembad, voldoende groot en ook diep. Als je bij het appartement naar beneden loopt, kom je binnen 7 minuten op een soort prive (kiezel)strandje, heel ydillisch. Er zijn geen stoelen dus je kunt er niet liggen. Mania is een prima gastvrouw die goede tips heeft voor strandjes, uitjes en restaurants. We kregen zelfs een souvenir van haar.

Öncelikle ev sahibi ilgili sorun anında direkt yardımcı oluyor. Evin konumu çok iyi sakin ve denize, markete yakın. Ev genel olarak güzel havuzu ve temizliği de gayet yeterli. Eksik olarak söyleyebileceklerim; 2 odada klima yok o biraz sorun oluyor, şebeke suyu tuzlu akıyor(evle alakalı değil o çevrede öyleymiş). Söylediğim eksiklikler çok büyük ve problem yaratacak şeyler değil. Biz 3 aile ve 2 çocuk gayet rahat ve güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Damla hanıma da teşekkür ederim, evi kiralamak isteyenlere de tavsiye ederim.

Amazing location right on the beach. Martha was so helpful (I left some clothes in the wardrobe!) and she went out of her way to get my things to me. Kokkari is a hidden gem. Will definitely be back.

Merkeze çok yakın ve gürültüden uzak bir konumda. Gece balkonda oturmak çok keyifliydi. Sabah deniz manzarasına uyanmak güzeldi. 3 gece kaldık ve memnun ayrıldık. Teşekkür ederiz

The Apartment is beautiful, with spectacular views from the large balcony garden overlooking sea to Pigeon Island. Lovely just sitting watching the boats come and go with an amazing sunset. An easy walk into town for those who like the hustle and bustle. Aydemir was a fantastic host who responded promptly to any enquiry, was very friendly and kind, he helped with our luggage on arrival and departure, a good guy. The apartment is spacious with good facilities. I highly recommend this apartment. Barbara and Graham, Scotland.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft in Kuşadası! Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen – beim Blick aus dem Fenster sieht man sofort das Meer, das in nur einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Auch Restaurants, Cafés und die Fußgängerzone sind direkt vor der Tür, was die Lage wirklich perfekt macht. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastgeber: Sie waren ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen! I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kuşadası! This home is a little slice of heaven. We’ve stayed in many airbnbs around the world and this has been one of our best experiences. Katerina was so warm and friendly and met us at the property to show us around when we arrived. She provided us with many recommendations and gave us her guide to the island which was great! Full of islander favourites and advice. Once we settled in it just felt like home. We’d been on the road for several weeks and were quite tired so just staying at home, lounging on the hammocks and in the beautiful extensive gardens was just what we needed. It was close to everything but still felt very secluded and peaceful. There were several beautiful beaches near-by, both organised and wild. And several good restaurants too. Thank you Katerina and your family for a wonderful stay in your family home. It was perfect!

Schönes Studio in zentraler Lage. Eirini hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen und immer geholfen, wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Das Studio ist schön hell und hat einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Kirche und die Berge. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Bushaltestelle sind direkt neben dem Studio. Der Marktplatz mit Tavernen direkt am Wasser ist gleich um die Ecke. Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen und habe hoffentlich irgendwann noch einmal die Möglichkeit wieder hier her zu kommen.
