Welcome to great and cozy apartment in Gimlekollen in Kristiansand. This apartment is part of our house, where we live with our children – a 16-year-old girl and a 9-year-old boy. The apartment is located between the city center and the zoo in one of the nicest parts of the city. Here you can enjoy views of the city, the sea and Vollevannet. The next beach, at Tretjønn, is only 5 min walking distance. Here there are many fantastic hiking opportunities in Jegersberg as well as opportunities for swimming, fishing, farm visits, berry picking, etc.

The sauna located by the jetty can be ordered if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

A few minutes away from the river for those who have license to fish salmon from June to Sept.

Kristiansand is only 15 minutes away. The zoo/Sørlandssenteret is only 25 - 30 minutes away. Brand new home in 2023, with proximity to everything you need for a great stay in Sørlandet. Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
