The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

The apartment was easy to find and we had no issues with our stay.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and cozy. It has everything according to your needs. The apartment is located close to bus stops and metro. There is an elevator in the building, which is a big advantage. Very good sleep and feel rested. Definitely recommend!

Iliana's place was great to visit. Parking is easy in front of the apartment. The apartment includes all amenities you might need and Iliana was very responsive and helpful with any query! Would wholeheartedly recommend!!

We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment two floors equipped with all the confetti, even more than the ones indicated! Clean, tidy and fragrant! Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 10:00 pm, the person who gave us the keys was also available to take us by car looking for a 24-hour market. Coffee with the espresso machine was also available in the house, a rarity abroad that we really appreciated! Our stay was for sporting reasons and the asics arena can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In the neighborhood there are all the necessary services and supermarkets. Top Family Living! This place is awesome! The villa 9 is part of a bigger complex with the idea of remote working, while being in the marvelous nature all around. The 2 storey house would be the perfect remote home for a 4 member family, although there's a foldable sofa in the living room, so you can put (or make :)) some more children there. All modern place, with a stable internet, given you're almost in the wild, a cosy chimney inside and a non-smoky BBQ on the outside makes it possible to prepare your steaks and ribs even if it is raining. No kettle. The coffee maker is Dolce Gusto, bring your capsules. Just FYI. It really felt like our home. Nothing less. Fully deserves max rating. Thank you Dimitar!

Great place to stay. Big house, with a lots of space and everything you need for your stay. Close to one of the best hiking trails in the area.

Warm comfortable spacious home in great location. We loved our stay here. House warm, cosy and comfortable and real log fire a treat. It snowed the whole time we here but we were never cold. Location ideal for us. Visited Sofia, Plovdiv, Rila Monastery and Borovets. Also nice walk around town itself. Dimitar super helpful, very friendly. Also his parents who lived next door who able to answer all questions we had. Would highly recommend to others and would love to come back one day.

Amazing villa, beautiful location, only 30-40 minutes from Sofia.

The location of the house is absolutely amazing. The river anf the woods are just 2 mins from your yard. There is an amazing barbecue and an amazing garden. The communication with the host and everyone was perfect.

We had a lovely time staying at Ludomir's place. Ludomir was super helpful and responsive. This property will be our first choice next time we come to Sofia!
