Holiday rentals with a kayak in Södermanland County

Perfect place for larger family gatherings. Very well-equipped kitchen, nice and fresh beds, nice tennis court and swimming area in the garden. Can really recommend!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year's Eve in the house. Emma and her father Mats are wonderful hosts through and through. They 🎄 set up a Christmas tree especially for us, explained everything in the house to us and we learned a lot about the area and received great excursion tips. It was like being with good friends. The house is equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It was just wonderful to sit by the fireplace overlooking the lake. Stockholm is just an hour away. We can warmly recommend the house even in winter!!!

We had a great weekend in Hummelvik! Incredibly beautiful surroundings and very cozy decorated houses. There were many different places to sit, which meant that you could adapt to the weather but still be outside. The highlight was to do a basting and then jump into the sea! Very fun for the kids to play on the rocks and the jetty. Kristoffer was very nice, left good and clear information and always responded quickly! We would be glad to come back ☀️

Super quiet location. Exactly as seen in the photos. Extremely well equiped kitchen. Very cozy. Fast and very pleasant contact with Niclas. Nearest supermarket 10 km away.

Like the previous times, it was again a very nice stay with Erik. If we are nearby again, we will be happy to come back.

The house is amazing an ideal place for families! We had a wonderful stay at Jonas' house. The bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the water. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Ida is very easy to talk to, friendly and helpful. At one point it felt like we been knowing each other for a while or met before. My favourite part of the house is the bathroom space and the bathroom sink are so traditional and beautiful. Large master bedroom with comfortable bed. The large smart tv in the living room was a plus. Thanks for the child crib as well and seat. Not forgetting the flowers and chocolate that we met on the tables as a welcoming treat. The only problem we had was the too much rules which I didn’t pay key attention to during the booking.

We stayed a week in the beautiful house with 3 adults and 2 children (9 y., 7 y.). We had a wonderful time in this magnificent house in this unique place. The two houses are even nicer than in the pictures. It really is all there and very well equipped and very clean. We immediately felt very comfortable. Henrik and his wife welcomed us at check-in. Since you cannot drive to the house by car, but park on the neighboring island, Henrik came with the quad and brought our luggage to the island. Throughout our stay, we were allowed to use the family's small boat for trips around the island. That was a highlight for everyone. There were also 2 kayaks and a stand-up paddle board that we could also use. We would come back any time, because we spent some really great days here!

Incredibly good accommodation that I can really recommend! Close to the charcoal yard, good patio for the kids and a very cozy accommodation. Nice place by the water. Great hosts who were very nice and helpful. I'd love to stay here the next time we go to Kolmården! Worth the price.

My family and I had a great stay at Stormhatten. Beautiful house and surroundings. The place was nice and tidy and very child friendly. We’d love to come back next summer!

We wanted to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. It's perfect here. Kayaks at your disposal, beautiful sauna right on the lake. Beautiful accommodation and particularly friendly and helpful host and hostess. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay in this cozy and fresh cabin! Large terrace with beautiful views, close to water and beach. The cottage was well equipped with all necessary kitchen materials and a large barbecue. Some improvements have been made since the pictures, including a new kitchen, but only for the better. Close by car to the grocery store and possibility for excursions such as Trosa and Stendörren nature reserve. Kevin was quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Annalena and Thomas are the best hosts anyone could ask for. We fell ill during our stay and they went above and beyond any response we could have imagined. We not only give them the highest possible recommendation, we miss them. They’re wonderful people who deserve the best.

This was definitely one of the greatest Airbnbs I’ve ever visited (and Ive been to quite a few places around the world). Joe is one of a kind host, we felt at home directly. He answers quickly, gives you privacy, all the information you need to have a nice stay and explore the area around. He is very thoughtful about his guests experience and generous with what is included in the price. One can tell that the details are thought through! Also, the nature around is amazing, there is so much you can explore. At the same time, you don’t have to do so much to enjoy the beautiful place. We are grateful for this experience 🙏

Nice little Airbnb, you have everything you need. I would recommend it 100%. Also furnished with attention to detail. Also quiet location and Malin is super nice and helpful.

Great cozy accommodation! Grönviken and Oxelösund are small and beautiful with very nice archipelago environment. The only thing that could be improved is the stairs and railings up in the loft that didn't feel safe at all.

We stayed for a weekend in Anders cabin. Very beautiful surroundings and beautifully decorated. Sauna and swimming was an amazing experience, so peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommended!

The reception was very warm with flowers on the table. The location is unique. You can have breakfast with a view of the lake and then use SUPs and canoes. The house also offers enough space for four people and is very cozy. We felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation without reservation. Pure Sweden feeling!

Very nice place to stay with great facilities. It has been noticed that the owners also use the accommodation, but in a positive sense. It really had everything you needed and yet there was room for your own stuff. It was very cozy and lots of opportunities for activities. Annika and Sebastian welcomed us very nicely and we would definitely go back.

A fantastic accommodation that we booked for a bachelorette party where we were a group of 10 girls. Sunset and sunrise to birdsong, total silence and a view to die for. Simply enjoying life! We were all completely enchanted by the view, the location and the cozy house and small cottages. The sauna is fantastically located down by the water, perfect for jumping in and taking a dip from your own jetty! There is everything you need for cooking and good amenities in general. Everything feels fresh and extra plus for glazed conservatory to sit in a little later in the evening. Rebecka as a host was always quick to respond, gave us good tips and extra plus that she pimped and did that little extra so we really felt welcome! Highly recommended and many of us in the group said that we will book this again as we barely wanted to leave! A big thank you from a bunch of happy and satisfied girls 😊
