You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
