Apartment holiday rentals in Södermalm

The location is excellent!!! Very walkable with lots to do and see nearby. The apartment is really cute and the kitchen has everything you need. There is no air conditioning and no fans were provided, which is fine most of the time, but it did get warm in the apartment by the end of the day. The beds were not very comfortable (probably fine for a few nights but we were there a week). Very basic linens and towels provided - if you are staying for more than 3-4 days, ask for an extra set. An issue getting into the apartment - there was no number on the apartment door. As others have mentioned, there are no blackout curtains in the main room (where the sofa bed is) - in May, sun rises at 4am. Overall, good value for the money.

This was by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed! It felt so homely, with a perfect location. The beautiful artwork and lovely plants really made it a true home away from home. If you’re looking for an amazing Airbnb in Stockholm, this is the one to choose. Katilina was an exceptional host, super responsive and incredibly helpful. Our stay in Stockholm was unforgettable, and this place played a huge part in making it so memorable.

We had a great stay at the flat of Elena and Igor. everything was clean and we felt comfortable from the beginning. also the kitchen was equipped very well, so if you want to prepare your own food it's perfect. just the Check-in could have been better.

I had a great stay at Ann’s apartment! Cosy and very quiet, neighbourhood is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Train station is also very close which made getting around Stockholm easy. Would absolutely recommend & stay again. Thankyou Ann!

David ist von selbst auf mich zugekommen und hat mir viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Bars und Veranstaltungen gegeben. Er war proaktiv und ich war sehr zufrieden mit den Empfehlungen. Bisher der beste Vermieter, welchen ich über Airbnb angetroffen habe.

Logement sympathique dans un vieux quartier avec du charme et la chaleur du voisinage. Facile d’accès avec les lignes métro ou bus avec des restaurants et cafés dans le coin. Hôte accueillant et réactif.

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung war super gemütlich eingerichtet und sauber - wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation und der Check-in waren ebenfalls unkompliziert und einfach, die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und in einem wirklich tollen Viertel. Von dort aus kann man sowohl viele Cafés und Restaurants als auch die Altstadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.

We loved this apartment. Perfect for a family of three. It was spacious, pristine and the location was terrific for exploring Stockholm. We loved being close to so many sights and restaurants. Gamla Stan is busy but the apartment is in a lovely little building is on a quiet side street. Highly recommend!

Massimiliano´s apartment is really nice. Very clean, with excellent space for a family of 4, it would probably be also good for a bigger family. It is very well located, just 2 min from the metro station and there are many restaurants and shopping close by. There is also a nice park very close to the apartment that are nice for kids. Everything went extremely well and I would recommend the apartment for other families that are coming to visit or work in Stockholm.

This place was beautiful right in the heart of Stockholm. Bella was responsive to any questions we had and even created a Google Drive of recommended restaurants, bars, and activities in the area.

Very cosy and nice apartament. Owner was Very friendly. Beautifull neighbourhood, only few steps away from park and promenade and restaurants! Even wild rabbits are living in backyard! 😀

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mauro, qui est un hôte très attentif et généreux (croissants le dimanche matin, délicieux tiramisu!). Le logement est très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable et très agréable avec le sauna! Même s'il est en retrait du centre-ville de Stockholm, l'accès est très facile avec les transports en commun. Je vais me souvenir très longtemps de ce magnifique après-midi à discuter tout en partageant les secrets du tiramisu! Merci Mauro pour cette belle leçon de vie!

Apartament confortable situat en un barri perifèric d'Estocolm, molt tranquil i bonic, de cases poc altes amb zones ajardinades i parcs. Metro molt aprop. Supermercat aprop i obert fins tard. Amfitriona molt agradable; respon ràpid als nostres dubtes. Apartament recollit però adequat per a una família. Érem 5 i hem estat molt bé. Si tornem a Estocolm no dubtaríem a triar l'allotjament de Moa

Steffi has a fantastic appartement within walking distance of Kungsholmen neighbourhood. Checking in went spotless, apartment was well arranged, with nice touches to make us feel right at home. She had a well equipped kitchen which meant for us we were able to do quite a bit of home cooking. I also worked from the appartement for the week, for which it had sufficient space. We brought out dog and have to say this neighborhood is fastanstic for it, plenty of paths and nature right on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend this appartment for anyone coming to Stockholm and getting a feel for local life there. Thanks Steffi for hosting us. Can't thank you enough 👏🏻🔥

Вживую квартира выглядит даже лучше, чем на фотографиях.

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!
