Situated close to the market town of Penrith and Lake Ullswater it is in a perfect location for exploring the Lake District and the Eden Valley. Away from the tourist crowds but also within easy access to hotspots and amenities. There are attractions in the local area for all ages and interests.

A totally private well presented self catering studio apartment close to Pooley bridge and Ullswater and the surrounding fells. Main room contains a double bed(not kingsize) a smart tv and sofa. A separate shower room with toilet and small well equipped kitchen (but no oven) all located on the ground floor. There's a small patio at the front that looks over the garden and catches the sun all day. If you're into walking, running, cycling and open water swimming then this is the perfect location.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. The house is located in the village of Stainton which is located 5 mins from the edge of the Lake District. Only 5 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from Ullswater and 20 minutes from Keswick!
