Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Socabaya

Very quiet area, the apartment is very tidy and clean, the host is very friendly, she made it easy for me to check in early, thanks a lot

Very nice little place, good for 2, with garden (table and seats available), very good equipped even for longer stays, bedroom is upstairs, in an area of private houses; taxi into towncenter is only a few Soles, but also the busstop is only 7 min. walk way. Cute little and friendly dog there with the owners/Keepers. Communication was very good and asking for a hairdryer was no problem at all.

Everything was amazing!! 100% recommended!!

We like the apartment , the area is very safe, close to restaurants, shopping malls, excellent option.

Nos encanto la vista a las montanhas y el trato con Jose Miguel fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Recomendadisimo! Hi there! I stayed at Jose´s place with my son and husband and we really felt like home. Everything was as described, the apartment is new with a well-distributed design. As a family we like quite places, which is why we were happy not to be at the heart of the noisy downtown area and we had a great view of the mountains. Also, Jose Miguel is a great host, kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

The truth is that I was impressed by how well the apartment was presented and how beautiful and safe the condominium is. Jacqueline was very attentive and kind throughout the check-in and check-out process.

Good location, everything is very organized and the stay was very pleasant.

The house is just like the photos, it totally exceeded our expectations, the landscapes and views are spectacular and we were entertained by the alpacas. Highly recommended, if I return to Arequipa I would return anyway.

The place was neat. The shower was kinda hard to use because you need to adjust it a lot in order to get hot water. The bedsheets had some stains tho. Shes really kind tho, and the place Is close to the plaza and the market so you guys can just walk

Absolutely recommended. One of the best places I have booked in Airbnb. This beautiful duplex has everything you need, is spacious, comfy, and has good taste. By the other hand, Lily is a wonderful person, very kind, always attentive and willing to help with any issue. Great choice!!!

it is a very cozy and beautiful place, my days there was like being at home.

I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived at Jorge's apartment. The apartment is very nice and quite spacious, it has a kitchen that has what you need to prepare your food. It has 3 bathrooms, 2 complete, plenty of hot water always, as it has a gas heater, SOLE brand. The bedrooms have black-out curtains, ideal for resting, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bedspreads are made of feathers, they do not weigh and they are very warm in this cold season. If you come with a car, you have a garage with remote control. The internet is good and fast, the room also has a Home Theater system that is connected to the main TV. You will watch movies in high sound quality. To complete your stay, Jorge leaves sheets with reviews of the best restaurants and places of interest that can be very helpful. Jorge is always attentive from your arrival to your check-out, always answers the phone and helps you with whatever you need. 100% recommended.

Andreas place was the nicest and most modern Airbnb I've been in Arequipa. And the best equipped one. And the one with the most comfortable bed. So if you don't mind that it's not walking distance to the historic center, I highly recommend it.

It was very cozy, everything was organized, clean and impeccable, the view from the balcony to the park was surprising and the kindness and cordiality of the owner made this stay a fascinating and repeatable experience.

This is an excellent BNB. It is very spacious, uncluttered and comfortable. The wi-fi is excellent. The location is great, just down the street from the short bridge that leads to the Playa de Armas. There was hot water for great showers and a combo washer/dryer unit that was easy to figure out and that worked really well. There's alot to see in and out of Arquipa.

Pamela, super flexible and willing to help, listed restaurants to visit and was always attentive to any concerns. we had an excellent stay, it matches what is shown in the photos. we will be back here!!
