Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sobro, Nashville

This was a great stay for 6 adults. My siblings and our spouses. It is located on a quiet street. The parking was quite convenient in the back. The house was clean and the open concept living was perfect. The dining table/pool table was a nice feature and on the rainy days and evenings we played. The screened in porch was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening outdoors without dealing with bugs. The drive to Broadway was only about 10 minutes away. We highly recommend this location.

We loved staying here. It was beautiful and easy to get to the gulch and order areas. Just like the pictures. Open space is great for a group… we had 6 and it worked perfectly. There are a lot of stairs but we are all in our late 60’s and managed just fine. Ashley was great with recommendations and helping with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Close to downtown and 12 South, but in a quiet location and lowkey surroundings. House looked just like its photos. We were comfortable and happy with our choice.

Neal was an amazing host who took time to send me local recommendations before our stay. The place was amazing!!! My favorite part was the speakers in the ceiling. Perfect for music listening.

Wonderful house and was perfect for our girls trip. Easy to explore the various neighborhoods in and around Nashville. Comfortable beds, cute house, and well stocked amenities. Would definitely stay here again

This was a spacious and CLEAN stay! Easy to get to, wonderful instructions provided beforehand. We only stayed one night but had a great experience. I would absolutely stay here again when back in Nashville.

This was perfect for our group. The listing description and photos were accurate, and the home was exceptionally clean, quiet, and well-equipped with amenities. As a first-time Airbnb guest, I had a great experience. The location offered convenient access to the highway, making it easy to get around town. The host was also extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

All the basic and simple amenities that you need. Central air is much appreciated! Located close to BNA and a good push-off point to go to any area of Nashville. Although clean and well-appointed, you could tell the property isn’t given certain attention in-between guests. Over-all great stay!

Pavel and his place were super great! He was super attentive and helpful and recommended places to eat and go out. The home was clean and quiet. Everything was so amazing ! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others :)

My friends and I had a great time at this Airbnb. The BEST thing about this spot is the location. Super walkable to heart of Broadway, shopping, restaurants. You don’t need a car if you stay here. It’s a lot of folks staying in this building so around check out time the elevators can be slow. If you’re not carrying stuff you can easily take the stairs. We had 3 people each person has their own bed! The fridge has an ice maker! Parking a car is extra fee so consider that in your budget. I’ll DEFINITELY stay here again when I’m back to Nashville 🙌🏾

Great location to walk (maybe within a mile) to many attractions and restaurants such as Country Music Hall of Fame, music convention center, Ascend Amphitheatre, Broadway, The Gulch area, Assembly Food Hall/Skydeck.

Ron & Susan’s place was above and beyond what we expected! Their home is beautiful, comfortable & homey, and is right in the thick of everything and everywhere of Nashville! Easy access to multiple areas either via walking or uber! The assigned parking space was awesome as well. Highly recommend Ron & Susan’s home and can’t wait to return! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Love love love! It was the perfect cozy little place for our girls trip! Perfect for the 3 of us. It was so clean and had literally everything we needed. Anna was so kind and very responsive, a wonderful host. 10/10 would stay again when I visit Nashville!

Hosts are 100% reliable and responsive. People staying on the property were also helpful when we first arrived (takes a sec to get going with Latch system) Great vibe overall. Cozy bed. Shower head/pressure was great (I appreciate a nice shower experience). Red couch is big and super comfortable. Filtered water out of refer saved the day :) Plenty of space to lay your stuff out. Everything you need. The lobby has a concierge situation for leaving your luggage which is very convenient if you have a few hours to kill before a flight out. Excellent location for walking to Broadway. We ventured to East Nashville which I recommend for something different (The Treehouse restaurant, Buds and Brews, Beyond the Edge sports bar). Our third stay at Denise’s place was great as always! Exactly like the pictures. The beds and space are very comfortable. Denise is always responsive and handled a small issue quickly. This place is in a great area and within a reasonable distance of downtown and other spots around town. We look forward to staying again next year!

This is a very comfortable place to stay. Great neighborhood. Hosts have put forth alot of effort to make the apartment clean and nice given that it's an old building. Just know you're staying in a vintage-ey apartment. Great little extras to make it homey and convenient. Really well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. The king-size bed is soooooo comfortable! Easy access through the front of the building or through the porch door which is just to the right of the front door. There is some instruction that is confusing about entering through the back - don't go that way. It's on a busy street so there is some traffic noise at times. Plenty of parking. I was sent many emails from Airbnb and Music City Magnolia and I had trouble locating the check out instructions. There are many instructive signs around the apartment which was really helpful - one for what to do to check out (garbage, temp. setting, etc.) would be great. Lovely little place that we would use again!
