Holiday rentals with a patio in Snyderville

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Exactly as described. Large TV, large and comfy bed. They had everything you would need to stay for a couple of days including laundry supplies and K cups. The area was mostly walkable; however, I wouldn’t go more than a few streets away, especially at night. Overall, I would stay here again.

Convenient location & very accessible to the Canyons side of the mountain! The neighborhood shuttle was a perk and saved us more than once from having to lug our skis around. Great setup for cooking a simple meal at home. The cherry on top was spending time in the complex’s hot tub, pool and dry sauna after a day of skiing!

Great place to stay in Park City if you’re wanting to be out of the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Great hosts easy to communicate with and cosy clean apartment with nice amenities. Cleaning fee was a little steep but otherwise good value.

Robert’s place was more than even pictured! His garden walk in the backyard to the apartment is so picturesque and beautiful, like something you would see in a magazine. The interior was everything, plus, that he describes in his listing. Very clean, welcoming and nicely put together. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were awesome. The kitchen was very well equipped, there is even a washer and dryer in the apartment for your use. His communication, instructions and recommendations were the best. We had no problem finding, or getting in to the unit. The one time we had a slight issue, he was right there before we could even send him a message asking for help. He was friendly but never bothered you, actually just the opposite,. We only saw or spoke to him for a few brief moments, though I wish we had spent some time talking to him! He seemed like a very nice person to talk to…. We go to Salt Lake every year and l hope to stay at his place again, it is that perfect!

We enjoyed a lovely stay: we visited the Natural History Museum of Utah, and as suggested by our hosts, the Butte Gardens; both were interesting and good to visit. The accommodation was perfect: spacious and comfortable, with many thoughtful extras which helped to make our stay restful and enjoyable. Worth a trip to Mirror Lake. Nice walks. A great place to unwind.

We had a great stay for a week with my parents and our two kids. Nicole was very helpful getting us settled in and everything was smooth sailing after that. Kids loved the DVD collection and the hot tub. It was an easy drive to both Park City and Canyons as well as to restaurants in town. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

5-star stay at The Greenhouse! Everything you need and want is provided and the location is quiet, safe, and very close to everything I wanted to do and see. I was traveling solo and stayed for 5 nights and felt very safe the whole time. Never had an issue with parking and couldn't hear any noise at all from the guest staying in the adjacent unit. I also think it's worth mentioning that I always have difficulty sleeping on vacation but those 5 nights I slept better than I do at home! I will definitely stay here again if I come back to SLC. The house is very nice, has everything you need. It uses the space well and maximizes sleeping areas. It is very clean, close to ski slopes and restaurants. Nancy is very nice and responds very quickly and is always extremely helpful! Would definitely recommend her place!

Great hosts who responded immediately to any requests or questions. Everything as described. Very comfortable setup with fully stocked kitchen to prepare anything you might dream up.

Overall, my stay at this Airbnb in Park City was great. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for my trip, and I enjoyed my time there. One downside, however, was the 10 AM checkout time, which felt a bit early, but I understand this was clearly mentioned in the listing. What I didn’t like though, was the charge of half a day for a stay until 2 pm when I really only wanted to stay at least till 11 am. However this option wasn’t given to me. I think half a day charge is a bit excessive, especially considering the checkout time was already early. Other than that, everything else was good!

We loved our stay at Cayden’s condo! It was a perfect base camp for skiing and we were never more than 10 minutes from anything.

⸻ This was my third time using Airbnb, and I was a bit weary because my first two experiences were extremely disappointing. But this place was fantastic—exactly as described and perfect for us! The house was impeccable—clean, comfortable, and well cared for. The location was great, and Leo was a wonderful host: very responsive and helpful. When the ceiling fan didn’t work, he quickly brought over a portable AC unit and an extra fan to make sure we were comfortable. We really appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.

Tami was a great host. The apartment had everything we need for the days we were there. It was clean and the location was perfect. The free shuttle service made it easy to get around. The clubhouse had a great pool, jacuzzi and sauna which we used after skiing. Overall a great stay.

What a cute cottage in Lehi! Cute, comfortable, and has everything you want in an in-town house. We hit a glitch with the door lock and couldn’t reach Sally for a solution, but the error was on our old-school ways, not the security lock. Sally was as nice as could be once we figured it out. We we really happy with our stay.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.

Nicely remodeled condo with all the necessary amenities and a well-appointed kitchen. It was perfect for a ski week with my daughter. The owner is both responsive and accommodating. We will be back!

Had an amazing time staying at Powderwood. Great location with easy access to local shuttles and nearby shopping plaza’s. Joe was very accommodating and went the extra mile to provide us with an air mattress on our 2nd night there. He was extremely communicative and made sure that we had everything we needed! 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting park city! Thanks Joe!

If you are staying in Park City I would recommend you stay at this Airbnb. Steven was SO responsive, helpful, and kind. The place is absolutely amazing. It is a really well upkept and stocked location. The location is stunning and the mountain view out of the sliding glass doors is a wonderful sight when spending time inside. It is so close to so many trails and the historic downtown. I cannot say enough positive things about Steven or his listing. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time staying at Henry's place in Park City! Very easy access to the canyons and park city resort! A quick uber ride to Main Street where all of the shopping and restaurants are! Henry was very responsive and helpful with check in, recommendations and the location was great!

I had a great stay! Super clean and updated. Great location to the bus in Prospector Square. Communication was excellent from the host.

We truly enjoyed our experience here. The place was extremely clean, quiet, and near walking trails. The condo was also near historic downtown Park City.
